Private stairs lead to a bright, open living area, with a modern kitchen and a direct oversize deck. Chef’s Kitchen has an island that lends to cooking and entertaining. Eat in at or take out and hang with friends in the living room - equipped with a flat screen television, Apple TV, cable TV and fast, wireless internet.

The first level bedrooms have queen size premium beds and are on opposite sides of the entrance hallway- perfect for privacy and next to one of the two decks. On the same level- a Laundry closet and a recently updated full bath.

Gorgeous main deck with cushioned seating areas, Weber Grill and outdoor al fresco dining for 6; perfect for summer entertaining. Relax all day watching the cape light change. Take in sunsets and star gazing nights.

Up one flight is the master suite with a peak at the ocean and monument views. Bath has two vessel sinks and oversize stone shower with multiple water jets for you and a friend.

No parking worries- parking for 2 cars in tandem. Steps to Commercial Street and restaurants in the heart of the west end!

Great location and fantastic property
I highly recommend this property for the location, quality of the place, and for the rooftop deck which was fantastic. The property manager was easy to get a hold of, and the check in process was a breeze. Right by bike rentals, good restaurants, and a quick ride to the beach.

The owner Jim was so easy and kind to work with. Five of my friends and I stayed for a July 4th week and just loved it. The condo is modern, clean and close to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would consider staying there again.

Lovely weekend getaway
Our group of 5 stayed at Jim and David's condo for our annual Memorial Day Weekend getaway. The condo is perfectly located in walking distance to everything, and the second parking spot and full bathroom were super convenient. It was easy to book and communicate with Jim, and we had all of the information to make check in, our stay, and check out go smoothly.

Perfect getaway spot, one block away from all the action. The condo is even better in person - large, very clean, and well laid out. Host was really nice and responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Great condo!
We loved our "girls weekend" in the condo. It had everything (and I mean everything!) we needed to make breakfast and one dinner over our stay. The beds were amazing! The furniture comfy and plentiful for the 4 of us. The linens and little extras in the kitchen made our stay very smooth. Despite the weather being cold and rainy, we walked (6-8 mins) down to Commercial Street where all the action was. Being late March, not everything was open. But we were able to shop and eat lunches and dinners at fabulous restaurants. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The showers were fantastic! Google maps brought us to the wrong side of Bradford , so be sure to follow directions that the owner emails you. Our only small pet peeve was the toilet handles - they feel as if they are going to fall off and we had to keep adjusting the downstairs handle because the toilet kept running multiple times. And watch out for the wooden piece that sticks out into the driveway near the trash bins. I cut my wheel a little too hard trying to avoid a construction trailer parked across the street and caused damage to my front bumper & trim.

Bright and spacious
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a great location, really close to Commerical Street but set back enough that it was quiet. Our first impression was that it was very bright and spacious. The Master Bedroom (third floor) was huge. It was perfect for traveling with a toddler - plenty of room for his pack & play and all of our things. Check-in instructions and information about what is included/not included was very clear before our arrival. You do have to bring your own things (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.), but there are plenty of plates, cups, pans, silverware, knives, etc. Communication with Jim was very easy. He responded to all of my questions/emails right away and he was very kind. One thing to note is that the entry is at the back, two stories up. There are a lot of stairs. Something to consider for accessibility, but not a problem for us. We would defintely stay here again!
