"We booked a standard queen room but were upgraded to a very spacious quadruple which was nice. The room had an electric jug with tea bags provided, but only one cup available which was not great for two people. Listed in the facilities on Expedia were free WiFi. This was not available in the rooms, only at the checkin area. Most annoying for us was that laundry facilities were listed, that did not exist. After travelling for 9 days we were counting on washing our clothes. Sure, we can wash in...

"We had an amazing stay! Checked in a little late in the afternoon and pool was closing, but they made an exception and allowed up to enjoy the pool. Drinks on the pool deck were amazing! The beach club was fabulous and food was great! We were treated like royalty! Truly impressed and will definitely visit again! Scalea has beautiful beaches and now one of our favorite spots! "

"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"
