"This facility was Fantastic. The beauty was second to none. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff is more helpful than one can imagine. Definitely a place to come back to several times."

"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."

"Staff was wonderful, attentive and kind. My daughter has food allergies and they worked with us to provide safe and delicious meals. The rooms were excellent- clean, comfortable and quiet. We had an excellent experience here!"

"Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...

"We booked to stay in Pietralunga. This place is actually on the other side of the valley, 2.3 km from the town centre. However the lovely hotel owner gave us a lift in her car so we could continue walking the Way of St Francis "

"It was an absolutely incredible stay, so much that we didn't want to leave! Everything was superb, from the transfer via private boat to the warm welcome, from the wonderful rooms to the delicious food served at the Villa's restaurant. It was indeed a truly unique experience, as we were told at the beginning by the lovely and caring Maria Concetta. We will definitely go back. "
