"I want to give this hotel 5 stars, but I cannot since they double charged me and has not given my a refund as of today, 2 months later. The young lady that checked me out said the room was not prepaid. OF COURSE I should have run out to the car and found my prepaid email from Hotels.com, but I did not, I trusted her. "We were very happy to have stayed at this villa. It was superbly equipped with everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent, with very helpful documentation about the area and house sent over before our stay. Limiti is a beautiful village to visit and the views from our house were stunning. The pool was very much appreciated, as it was very hot when we visited! We would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa casa, all’apparenza piccola ma in realtà abbastanza spaziosa, le stanze sono grandi e i letti comodi. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: vari elettrodomestici, forno a microonde, Wi-Fi, lavatrice ecc Il paesino, Santa Maria Oliveto, è piccolo ma caratteristico, ottima la vicinanza all’ospedale Neuromed e a pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili vari supermercati e negozi.
