"Although the entire check in procedure is all online (WhatsApp), everything is very easy to enter this property. The owner sent me the codes as well as videos showing how to enter. Room was very clean, nice size bathroom with great shower. Nesperro coffee machine, kettle and iron all in the room. Never used the tv as it’s one of those smart tv’s and I didn’t know any of my passwords for some of my apps to be able to use it. WiFi was nice and speedy. "Arrived off the ferry having checked in online, but found the link I'd been sent came up as "Server Error 404". Rang the office and the problem was sorted by phone very efficiently and apparently in Angela's own time as the office was closed. Apartment is well maintained and the location good for both the train station and the port. The technical issue needs to be addressed - if the sme thing happens to the wrong client, it could cause a lot of anxiety and stress."

"Came to Bari to see where my great grandmother was born and grew up. This place was great. great location. Loved that the shower was big enough. I have stayed at a few other hotels in Italy before visiting Bari and all were so tiny. It is nice to be able to move around in the shower lol. I would definitely stay at Suite & Chic again. "
