The condo had everything our family could have wanted and had breathtaking views from the balcony. It was close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and the grocery store making everything easy!

Beautiful property and location
This is the place to be for relaxation in the beach. Food was excellent in every restaurant that we attended. Caroline was an excellent host and her staffing superb. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property with beautiful views
Stayed here with friends for my 40th bday celebration. I could not say more great thing about this property. Not only was the unit spacious and fabulous, the ocean view, beach access, and location in town could not be beat. I would definitely stay again.

The property was amazing in every way. Very clean and spacious. The beach was never crowded, with ample chairs and umbrellas without having to stress about getting a spot. Caroline and Adeline were attentive to every need along the way, from booking to the day we checked out. We will definitely make a trip back!

Everything about the property, the owner and location was absolutely PERFECT! This was the first time for our group to visit Turks and it will not be our last. Caroline was so easy to communicate with from our booking to when we checked out. The condo was updated, gorgeous and equipped with everything we needed.

Stunning Property
We just returned home from this beautiful place. There were eight in our party ranging from 9-70. We all had a fabulous time!! The condo is immaculate. Very clean and well maintained. The artwork too is so fun! Although we ate out most meals, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The overall property is beautiful, certainly can’t beat the views from the patio!!!

My family (2 and 6 year old) and my friends family (4 and 8) had a fantastic time during our trip. The host is excellent in many ways - communication, local knowledge and general accommodations for our group. The condo is very well kept and has all the amenities needed for our party of 8 to have a fantastic trip. The condo complex has excellent amenities to include a well kept gym, pool, hot tub and fantastic sandy beach right out front. We have been to Turks 3 times and this location was the best so far. There are many restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many are even walking distance which is very confinement. It is centrally located in the Grace Bay Area with quick access to all the necessary spots (grocery store, coffee shop, etc). We would highly recommend this spot.

This property is just as it looks! The views are amazing and location convenient! We enjoyed having the Pelican Restaurant next door. We were there during off season so we had a little trouble getting beach service. The guys refused to move our chairs or help in any way. There was also construction going on at the complex next to us, but we still had a wonderful time! The convenience of having the beach almost to ourselves offset the inconvenience of the other. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing place!!
This condo was incredible in every way. It was perfect for three couples, with private spaces for each. The views were like no other. It really looks photoshopped, but it's 100% real. We spent every moment on the very comfortable deck enjoying the incredible views. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for three couples to maneuver well and be able to cook breakfast and enjoy snacks. The location was perfect. Close to everything. We walked everywhere easily. The pool and access to the beach were perfect and so easy. Having the lounge chairs was such a plus. The owner made everything super easy and was available for any details. I am a very discerning renter, and I would highly recommend this condo to everyone.

PICTURE PERFECTION
First. The host was MOST amazing. Prompt responses, courteous, helpful in every aspect & I had a lot of questions. The property has everything you need. With instructions, the entire process was simple. There is access to the beach, pool, hot tub & water toys/floats as you wish. There is access to walkable restaurants with & without reservations, all fairly causal attire - beachfront bars was a bonus. A/C great. Wi-Fi great. Cable TV great. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Honestly, this was the best vacation I’ve had, a perfect spot with impeccable accommodations. Every aspect is a 10++ I would recommend having a contact person to deliver groceries to the property for convenience. Grace Bay is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. With this property, you will have a wonderful vacation with lasting memories. (Bring snorkeling gear to snorkel along GB) Thank you!!

Don't rent this property!
During our stay, there was a 28 hour electricity outage. We elected to leave a day early because our food was ruined and we had no idea when the power would be restored. We compromised with owner and agreed to accept 1/2 day rental refund. After 5 months and numerous attempts to receive our refund, I have given up hope of receiving our refund because owner will not respond. I would recommend staying at a different property that has a back up generator as the larger resorts do. A very poor VRBO experience.

Beautiful three bedroom villa
This beautiful villa was perfect for us. It was immaculate and had amazing views of Grace Bay. Every morning the staff put out chairs and umbrellas and we walked right out onto the beach. Landscaping was gorgeous. The host provided everything we could possibly need and made excellent dining recommendations. It was a fabulous trip and we would stay here again in a minute.

This property was amazing! So modern and beautiful! Plenty of space for 7 adults! We traveled with two other groups and everyone called our condo the Bougie Bungalow! Favorite family vacation
I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Turks, especially as first time visitors. The accommodations were exceptional-exactly as pictured, clean and well-kept, spacious, beautifully furnished/decorated and well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The owner has truly thought of everything, right down to a backpack cooler and ice pack for grocery shopping and taking drinks to the beach. We especially enjoyed the small size of the condo complex - it was peaceful, the beach was not crowded, and there were plenty of chairs/umbrellas. The location at Grace Bay beach was perfect and many water activities had beach pick up right in front of the condo. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, both casual and fine dining. The owner’s recommendations for restaurants was extensive and spot on. The owners were quick to reply to messages and were very helpful as we were preparing for our trip. This trip was easily one of our best family vacations. We would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend this property.
