Coconut Beach Villa is a luxurious beachfront villa, right on the most wonderful beach on Provo, Sapodilla Bay Beach. The water is so crystal clear. The sand is so sugary white! The islanders have nicknamed the beach, The Children's Beach - a perfect retreat for children of all ages! The water simply laps at the shoreline, because there is so very little wave action. Watch carefully and you will see our turtles pop up their heads throughout the day! If you are really fortunate, you will see our dolphins frolic in the waters off the point! Coconut Beach Villa is a six bedroom, four bath villa. It is arranged in a duplex design, having two identical suites, side by side on one floor, separated by the central swimming pool

Inside Coconut Beach Villa!: The villa is perfect for large families who want to vacation together, but who desire a bit of personal space, as well. It is also perfect for friends who love to travel together, yet have their own space.

There are four King bedrooms. There are two bedrooms which each have two extra twin beds in the trundle daybeds. That means we have twelve bed spaces within our bedrooms. Coconut Beach Villa has four baths, featuring European fixtures, including a bidet, and a luxurious step-in shower in each bathroom. The living areas have a magnificent panoramic view of Sapodilla Bay Beach, which is at your doorstep across our private boardwalk. The furnishings are upscale and comfortable. Pure vacation luxury!

We have included two flat screen TVs and cable, for those evenings during which you just have to sit back from a day in the sun. This arrangement is also perfect for families who want the kids to have one space, while the adults have the other.

Our kitchens are state-of-the-art, with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Counter stools at the large granite islands allow guests to watch the chef among you prepare a fabulous meal for dining at the best place on island - right on your covered beachfront patio! You may dine inside the home, as well, if you prefer.

An Amazing Island - Provo, as we call it!: Providenciales is an amazing island. The weather is always temperate. We seem to have endless days of sunshine and mild temperatures. Air conditioning is almost never used, but it is available at additional cost based on metered usage if you want it. We have placed ceiling fans throughout the villa, to keep you cool on the days where the breezes calm down a bit. These are rare; we almost always have the most wonderful tropical breezes running through the villa!

There are so many things to do! We live on island and we love taking care of our guests. If you have questions, please just ask! We will do our best to answer them.

OWNERS WHO CARE AND TAKE CARE! We loved Provo so much that we moved here! We take care of our own villa and we maintain it very well! We will greet you at the villa just after your plane arrives and personally answer your questions and help get you oriented! Please check with us about your individual needs and desires! We will be happy to refer you to some of our favorites. We want to help make your vacation the best you have ever had!

AGREEMENT: We do require our own completed reservation agreement in addition to the payment, regardless of what the VRBO generated correspondence indicates. We want to be sure you understand all our relevant Terms and Conditions before you commit.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: 4:00 pm Check-in. Every effort is made to offer early check ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them. 9:30 am Check-out

CHANGEOVER: Saturday only. Our villa typically rents for seven night periods, beginning on Saturdays. We are flexible with last minute availability.

AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONAL: Although tropical breezes keep the villa pleasant, optional air conditioning is available at extra charge based on metered usage and a predetermined fixed rate. Conservative nighttime usages have averaged $150 to $300 per suite per week. Conservation is encouraged.

NOTE about PAYMENTS: Please note that we respond to our inquiries personally with our own email address, not with a rental company address. We use the Homeaway/VRBO online secure payment system. Contact us if you have any concerns about the authenticity of the response.

CANCELLATION - PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE: There will be no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of Guest’s arrival for most reservations. There will be no refunds within 180 days of arrival for Christmas or New Year’s reservations or for reservations of greater than two weeks or for reservations noted by the Owner. If you cancel prior to the No Refund period, you will receive a refund of funds paid less a Cancellation fee.

We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travelers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. Please protect your investment and purchase insurance.

Our family of 11 was very comfortable with this beautiful home. We enjoyed the beautiful beach, our own pool and the comfortable furnishings of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were beach towels and toys available. They had portacribs and special chairs for the toddlers. The owners were delightful to deal with as well as the property managers. We would stay there again.

If you want the perfect beach away from grace bay traffic this is it. We loved every second of being here. The more we would venture out the more we just wanted to go back to the house to hang. It has everything you need from jet skis to beach bars but it’s like you have it to yourself. Can’t say enough good things about this home.

Coconut Beach Villa was everything it was advertised to be. A perfect fit for our family of 10, which included our toddler grandson. Dana welcomed us to this immaculate beach property with spectacular sunsets and we all thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. Her recommendations for our dinners out were perfect. Outstanding location We loved our time at Coconut villa. The property was spacious and comfortable and met all our needs, a few additional items in the kitchen would have been good such as wine coolers - so that bottles of wine could stay cool on the table at lunch and dinner ,and trays for carrying drinks. The smaller bedrooms were very sparse, not even a lamp or side table - so only really good enough for children or people who are not high maintenance! More coat hangers would also be a welcome addition as the ones that were there were a rag taggle selection and simply not enough. The location of the villas was the stand out for all of our party. The beach is possibly one of the best we have ever seen, we shall miss that stunning view as well as the aquamarine water. We spent a few dollars at Conchy Conch bar - it’s good to give back to the community. Whatever you do hire a car big enough for your whole party - taxis are eye wateringly expensive , the most expensive I have encountered anywhere in the world! 10 people to go 7 miles cost us US$460 return Highly recommend this villa for large groups- we were 10 adults , we hardly left the beach or villa during our 2 weeks stay, we simply didn’t need to or what to ! Scott and Dana were very reactive and prompt, although we only requested a new gas bottle during the whole of our stay so hopefully we were not too much bother !

The property was perfect for what we needed and the beach was amazing. The owners Dana and Scott were super informative and friendly. We loved Juicy Juicy burger on the beach and honestly we didn’t need to leave. We grocery shopped for breakfast items and a couple nights dinners. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel like home. The outdoor seating areas were awesome for having meals and hanging out. The house was a quick trip from the airport. We rented the Crystal Sands Villa for our family to celebrate our 50 years of marriage. This property exceeded our expectations. Waking up with a cup of coffee and looking at the white sands and blue water was peaceful. The bay was perfect. We spent hours in the water talking to other people. We had 8 lounge chairs and an umbrella that were water front and no one between us and the water. There were some negative comments about the beach vendors and loud music. I can assure you, this is not a issue. The vendors were friendly. The music was playing, but it was island music and helped set the mood. Again, not a issue. Our kids hired a private chef to make our anniversary dinner. 649 Caters made a wonderful meal. We highly recommend them. Also, we chartered a catamaran for a day adventure. I booked through Caicos Catalyst. Captain Ahmad and First Mate Scooby were worth the price. Again, it was a wonderful day. Loved Crystal Sands. Location, location, location.

Amazing Beach and Villa
The villa and the views and beach were outstanding. Definitely advise renting a car and location is not near most dining/shops, but we liked the privacy. Again - the villa and views so amazing!! We stayed the last week of May - so hardly anyone with us on the beach. The vendor situation - we did not mind at all. (Think it was quieter because less people) and they were very friendly. Our check-in was a little hectic b/c we arrived very early - so we may have missed some details about the villa's amenities - but the manager was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the property. Other than having to go outside to get to the upper/lower levels we enjoyed the stay. The only downside was that what the listing called a private beach is kinda misleading due to the fact the many recliners that are rented and set up all around us. The vendors are located right next to our "private beach" and many times became a nuisance with loud music and one vendor who we coined the local drunk having a couple altercations with us and other patrons who enjoyed their time @ Sapodilla. The music at times was ok- Its the island and it was a good vibe. The problem was when multiple vendors tried to out compete each other. We loved the bay and would go back again.

House is on most beautiful beach in T&C, although this is a public beach. Vendors are permanently set up next door to house and they rent out chairs right beside and behind you on the beach, so if you are thinking you have privacy, forget it. The vendors also play loud obnoxious music from noon to 11 pm every day. Otherwise the house is great and owner accommodating. Nice pool, generous kitchen. AC not a problem. They furnished pool towels, toys & cooler. Hammocks are great. Beds slept well. Gorgeous beach, better than Grace Bay.

Amazing Experience
If you are looking for an incredible getaway with crystal clear blue water, this is the place! This house on Sapodilla Bay is the perfect combination of location, beach access and a spacious, inspiring setting. We used the entire house and loved it. The comments in other reviews about "noise" are ridiculous. There are several vendors on the beach near the house that play great island vibes music and serve fantastic drinks. The owners, Scott and Dana, were quick to respond to any calls and were very nice. The only down side was that there were no paddle boards or kayaks available with the house, but you can rent them via the vendors on the beach.

The house & bedrooms were great. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get from the upper level to the lower level without going outside & re-entering from the stairs on the street side of the villa or the concrete steps on the water side of the villas. The stairs there needed railings . The pool also needed a hand railing othervthan just a ladder tobgetvin &!out of the pool, especially for us 70 &’80 year olds. The worst part was the loud music from the vendors on the beach that were very close to the villa. They started about 11 or 12 am & ended at 7-9 pm. The owners were great & very helpful but there were certain things that were out of their control. Judy

What a fabulous property! Beautiful, well kept grounds! The house looks just like it is pictured. The property owners are wonderful people! Dana was very quick to respond to any and all of my emails. We were a family of 10 (2 families of 4 and 2 grandparents). It was perfect for us. The beach was awesome and we felt very safe as there was security on the beach and around the property at all times. Even the vendors on the beach were fabulous and helpful. Anna who rents chairs to all of the people who come to the beach(but don’t worry you have six of your own that come with the house) was very friendly and helpful to us when we needed help with fixing prescription glasses. She rode with us to show us the way to the optometrist office to fix the problem. She even scheduled a driver to take my mother and father in law to the airport. Everyone we encountered was friendly on this family beach. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

AMAZING! Already Planning to Go Back!!
First of all, Dana and Scott were amazing and helpful. I also met the caretaker of the house Cathy, and she was an absolute GEM and so helpful. The property is a dream, and the location cannot be beat! We have small kiddos and the water was perfect. Shallow for a bit and then did get deeper as you went out. The water is super calm and the beach is not over-crowded at all. There is music coming from the vendors but nothing crazy. We enjoyed the food and drinks they offered and I also loved the fact that we did not feel isolated. I felt VERY safe at the villa and they had amazing safety protocols. At night, we went out to search out sea life and we saw all types of starfish, fish, etc. In the day we saw turtles and even a couple of sting rays just walking distance from the villa. It was really magical. We stayed for two weeks and it was worth every cent. We went snorkeling on the reef - I HIGHLY recommend and we were lucky that lobster was in season. The conch fritters were incredible on the island, and we walked at night to Las Brisas for dinner. IGA was great for grocery runs too. You will not regret your trip there! I want to go back!!!!!! Prefect Stay on beautiful beach
We spent a week at Dana and Scott's property and couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Perfectly situated on Sapodilla Bay, the house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the evening sunsets on the porch and taking a dip in the pool. The beach was amazing and very calm, the best beach for our children. Thank you Dana and Scott for sharing your home with us. We can't wait to return!

Watch out for the vendors
The property is nice with great access to the beach. Unfortunately, there is a vendor village immediately adjacent to the property. They have booths from which they sell food and drinks, they put their chairs and umbrellas that they rent in any empty space in front of the property and between villas, play loud music, and had several days of loud arguments amongst them. Worse than that, I specifically asked the property owner about the vendor situation and she told me that it had been an issue during COVID, the government passed laws and required the vendors to move from that beach, and the situation had lessened. She NEVER mentioned the large vendor village right next to the property. It was not the quiet beach setting I was lead to believe it was. When I got to the property and raised my shock to the owner, she told me I needed to contact the police, which I did not want to do because I did not want to put my family in safety jeopardy for complaining. I also asked the owner not to do this. Despite this request, she emailed the local government about my concerns and I worried that we could be identified as the complainers and thus my family's safety was compromised. It put a tarnish on the vacation. Despite this, Turks & Caicos is an absolutely lovely island, and I would definitely visit again. Great beaches, great restaurants, lovely beaches and friendly people.

Perfect location right on the beach!!
The house was steps from the beach! It was well equipped with umbrellas, lounge chairs and towels. The owners were very responsive and answered any and all questions. The beach is perfect for all ages. Nice flat shallow water is especially nice if you want to float and relax or if you have small children. There are a few venders on the beach but it actually enhanced our experience. We ordered drinks and even lunch and they would deliver right to our lounge chair. It felt like 5 star service for a fraction of the price. Sometimes they played music but again we loved the vibe! I would definitely go back!
