The Space:
We’re excited to welcome you to Buela’s home our jungle cottage upstairs in a duplex home located along the Chalk Sound National Park lagoon!
We want to be fully transparent so you know exactly what to expect. Our property is located near the commercial port.
You’ll have a spacious, well-equipped apartment with a private front terrace. Besides breathtaking views of Chalk Sound, you’ll also be within walking distance of some great restaurants and Sapodilla Bay Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Taylor Bay Beach, another beauty is also just a short distance away.
When enjoying downtime at home between island adventures, you’ll have an open living space with a TV/sitting area, Smart TV and a dining table with lagoon views! If you enjoy cooking at home, you’ll be in heaven because there’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a sofa bed to accommodate up to 6 guests. There are also 2 full bathrooms with stand-in showers. The rooms both have AC units for comfort, nightstands, reading lamps, and closet and drawer space for your things. A Pack n' Play travel crib is also available upon request.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the upstairs 2BR apartment in a duplex home and shared access to the driveway and the grounds around the home with the 1BR rental on the ground floor.
The Neighborhood:
Located alongside the gorgeous Chalk Sound National Park lagoon, with endless natural beauty and opportunities for colourful sunsets and breathtaking sunrises! You’ll have easy access to restaurants, beaches, tour operators, and other parts of the island. Sapodilla Bay Beach is a minute’s walk away, and Taylor Bay Beach is 1.9 km|1.2 miles from the property; two of the notably best beaches on the island! And just a 20-minute drive to Grace Bay, where you’ll find loads of water sports activities, the Provo Golf Club, dining and shopping. Since we’re located near the commercial port, you may hear some noise from port operations, especially during the morning and evening hours. It’s part of the area’s charm and energy, but we understand it may not be ideal for super light sleepers.
Getting Around:
The property is 7.6 km or 4.8 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). As there is no public transportation on the island, a car is recommended. There is a parking space at the property if you arrive by car.
Other Things to Note:
Please Read Before Booking - We want to make sure our guests have the best possible experience when staying with us.
- Our property is located near the commercial port, so you may hear noise from port operations, including trucks and machinery. These activities can start as early as 6:30 am and may continue until midnight. Most guests love the home's location—plus, the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and friendly atmosphere nearby. However, if you love to sleep in or tend to go to bed very early, this might not be the best fit.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- If you did not use A i r b n b, a security deposit will be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests will need to climb stairs to the upstairs apartment.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 11 pm.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Please be aware that there are outdoor cameras at the front of the building facing the front side and gate.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The loss of the gate remote incurs a penalty of $250 USD.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a gate code to the entrance gate and a code to the lockbox to access the keys to the apartment. Codes and check-in instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.
