Wonderful Stay at Villa Renaissance
We had a lovely stay with our family of four. The unit is lovely with everything we needed. The building is also very nice and well run - all of the facilities we accessed were great. Beach is outstanding and it was never an issue getting a lounge chair on the beach. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Grocery store also close by! Would love to come back!

Villa Renaissance, where we have stayed over ten times, is a wonderful, place. It is extremely, although it has few activities (it is not a full resort), but, it is perfect for us. This unit is very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Views and Location
We had a wonderful time staying at Village Renaissance! The location was perfect and we walked to everything. The beach was absolutely amazing and our unit looked out over the ocean. Perfect location as it's close to everything and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and shops. Villa itself is very clean and well kept with Amazing views of the ocean. Perfect balcony for sitting and taking in the waves. Kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals. You will fall in love with this place.

Perfect Honeymoon
This was the second time we stayed at Villa Renaissance. The location is perfect. You are walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. The property is small and the people working there are always friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time on the beach which is beautiful and clean with pristine water! We will be back.

Seventh Trip to Turks, First Stay Here!
Condo was perfect for our family of five (2 adults, 13, 4 and 2 year olds). Rented a crib and put it in the master and had the 13 and 4 year old in the second bedroom. Kids loved having the floats at the beach. Beautiful location/view and easy access to town. Thankful housekeeping came every two days- it gets sandy! Loved having a washer/dryer!
