Wonderful Stay at Villa Renaissance
We had a lovely stay with our family of four. The unit is lovely with everything we needed. The building is also very nice and well run - all of the facilities we accessed were great. Beach is outstanding and it was never an issue getting a lounge chair on the beach. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Grocery store also close by! Would love to come back!

Villa Renaissance, where we have stayed over ten times, is a wonderful, place. It is extremely, although it has few activities (it is not a full resort), but, it is perfect for us. This unit is very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Views and Location
We had a wonderful time staying at Village Renaissance! The location was perfect and we walked to everything. The beach was absolutely amazing and our unit looked out over the ocean. Spectacular views that were second to none! The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. We look forward to returning!

Perfect location as it's close to everything and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and shops. Villa itself is very clean and well kept with Amazing views of the ocean. Perfect balcony for sitting and taking in the waves. Kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals. You will fall in love with this place.

Condo was perfect for our family of five (2 adults, 13, 4 and 2 year olds). Rented a crib and put it in the master and had the 13 and 4 year old in the second bedroom. Kids loved having the floats at the beach. Beautiful location/view and easy access to town. Thankful housekeeping came every two days- it gets sandy! Loved having a washer/dryer!

Perfect Honeymoon
This was the second time we stayed at Villa Renaissance. The location is perfect. You are walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. The property is small and the people working there are always friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time on the beach which is beautiful and clean with pristine water! We will be back.

The views from the balcony are priceless! And you cannot beat the location.
What a fantastic experience for our first time to Turks & Caicos. The villa and the resort were excellent as was the beach, the pool, and the staff. As I mentioned before you cannot get a better view of paradise than from this balcony. The location of the resort also allows you to walk everywhere for shopping and eating. The food was great with many different places and styles of food to choose from. And having perfect weather just added to the overall experience. We will definitely be back!

Perfect island location!
Our stay at Villa Renaissance was a perfect choice! Its location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo was exactly as pictured, with the most breathtaking views of the gorgeous turquoise ocean and Grace Bay beach. The staff was very friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a pleasure dealing with the villa's owner, Bill, who was very responsive from our initial inquiry throughout each stage of planning. If you are searching for a beautiful, restful vacation, look no further!

Absolutely perfect
Villa renaissance provided the most perfect vacation stay. The place was gorgeous, quiet and so convenient to everything. We rented a car for a couple of days just to explore the island but it would not have been necessary. Unit 302 was perfect. Impressed with the cleanliness and landscaping of the grounds. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would be interested in staying there again.

Family vacation
This was our first time to Turks and Caicos. It was very quiet and relaxing. Our villa was beautiful, exactly what was advertised. Unfortunately with Covid restaurants we’re open but with a curfew. We still were able to enjoy ourselves and make it a fun trip. The villa is directly on the water and provides fantastic views. We would love to visit again.
