The Grandview is located in an exclusive enclave of only 18 private residences overlooking beautiful Grace Bay -- 'best beach in the Caribbean' (Conde Naste). This fabulous two-level oceanfront penthouse condominium offers discriminating guests three bedrooms and three full baths.
The upper level encompasses the entire floor and features a master bedroom with king-size bed, flat screen TV, spacious and sunny master bath suite with extra-large shower, and his and her vanities.
The lower level contains a second master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. Both bedrooms offer stunning views of Grace Bay. The third bedroom also has a king size bed and there is a full bathroom right next to it.
You will also enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen with all up-to-date appliances including a wine fridge and a washer and dryer. The dining/living area leads to a spacious private balcony where one can enjoy mesmerizing views of Grace Bay's crystal-clear turquoise waters and the pristine pool and hot tub area.
The pool is surrounded by an expansive tiled terrace which affords one the opportunity to lounge in the sun or enjoy your favorite meal al-fresco.
The property also offers an on-site exercise room, proximity to many gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping and golf course.

Great property

The communication from the property owners and support staff was amazing, often responding within minutes to any questions we had during and prior to our stay. The property itself is very nicely maintained and the condo was larger than we expected. The beach area was much nicer than other areas we walked and there was no fighting or having to reserve beach chairs like you would in a hotel or resort even with our large group. Overall it was a perfect family beach vacation!

Family Vacation

Amazing views, location cleanliness

Great family vacation. The condo was perfect. It was just as described, cute, clean and comfortable. The communication was so helpful and included many local recommendations. It was so lovely to be able to walk down to the beach and already have the chairs and umbrellas set up each day. The gated community was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Paradise in Grace Bay

This was our first trip to Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos and this rental was above an beyond our expectations. The location, cleanliness, convenience and views were spectacular. The penthouse condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your vacation enjoyable. Will definelty stay here again !!

Really nice stay

The property was exactly as advertised and described by other guests. Great location, right on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and nice pool as well. Ideal for families with multiple generations. Really good open layout with a balcony looking right over the beach. Washer dryer was key. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location

From the greeting until we left we felt at home. Enjoyed amazing restaurants (walking distance) and cooking in. Beach is beautiful and pool and hot tub perfect temperatures.

Family Vacation on the Beach

Our family loved our stay at the Grandview. The staff assisted us with everything we needed for a smooth check-in/check out. The apartment was spacious - with great living space, a balcony overlooking the beach, and a well appointed kitchen. We were steps from the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Located a short walk along the beach to many near by restaurants. A perfect stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Rare 3 BR in a great location on Grace Bay. Communication with the owner’s team prior to arrival was timely and clear. The onsite property manager and her team are fantastic. We received a warm welcome, and she was responsive and available we needed her. Would definitely book again.

Great way to celebrate 75th birthday! The process was easy and the site contact was fantastic! We were greeted with island rum punch and a beautiful condo. It was exactly as described just a few steps from the beach.

Beautiful Condo and Gorgeous Beach!!

This is our second time staying at Grandview Condominiums and it was just as amazing the second time around! We received the warmest welcome from our concierge, Jing. She made it a point to make everything perfect, welcome cocktails and a graduation cake for our son. Our week was so wonderful and relaxing! We would definitely recommend booking this beautiful unit when visiting Grace Bay!

Wonderful property and very well managed with meeting every request we had. Minor problem on one day with the property next door being remodeled and 8 hours of a jack hammer. However not the fault of the property we rented and it stopped after we complained

Fantastic Stay at Grandview 302- Third Stay!

Lovely unit- all updated furniture, bedding, appliance. Great views of lovely beach! On site concierge (Jay and Jing) were awesome, Widly on teh beach was fantastic and owner was very helpful prior to trip. Absolutely no surprises! We love The Grandview! Spacious Condo With Great Ocean Views

This is a great property on beautiful Grace Bay. The condo was very spacious for our adult family of six. The community pool and patio is fabulous! However, the hot tub never got hot....it was always just slightly warmer than the pool. Besides that, we had a fabulous time and would definitely come back!

Turks Fam Vacay

This condo at the Grandview was perfect - location, view, amenities, everything! The owner’s assistant was very communicative throughout the entire process and Jing made the check-in process very easy upon arrival. The condo had everything you’d want/need during your stay like pool/beach floats and kitchenware! To wake up to the gorgeous blue water every morning was magical and to be able to walk right out on the beach at grace bay was even better. We rented a car and parking was very easy and it’s just a short drive to nearby restaurants and shops! Turks & Caicos is absolutely beautiful making for an amazing vacation and we would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back! Thanks for everything!

Truly paradise!

Words cannot do this beautiful property justice. The Grandview is truly a wonderful hidden gem on the island! We will definitely look forward to staying here again. The condo is impeccable. Very clean, beautifully decorated - everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay! And that view! We loved that there were chairs and umbrellas set up every morning on the beach specifically for Grandview guests!! And the beach area in front of Grandview had somewhat of a more private feel - and not as populated as other busier neighboring resorts. The bonus was that we were just steps away from enjoying the beach restaurants at those neighboring resorts which was very convenient. Getting to other local restaurants and shops was also an easy walk either by beach stroll or a quick jaunt onto Grace Bay Blvd. Of course I cannot forget to mention the very warm welcome we got from Jing the second we pulled in. She had rum punch waiting for us which was a great way to kick off our magical week! There are obviously a lot of options on TCI in terms of accommodations…. I really feel the Grandview is truly one of the best options out there! Cannot wait to come back!

Perfect spot to celebrate 30th Anniversary with the whole family!

Thanks for giving us the trip of a lifetime with our young adult kids. We were greeted at the Grandview by Jay and Jing with delicious rum punch and a tour of the condo. They were accessible during our stay- very friendly and helpful. The first thing one of the kids said when we walked in was “the condo looks just like the pictures.” The beautiful unit was plenty large enough for the 7 of us to spread out, and three full bathrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen was well-equipped and doing dishes looking out at the spectacular blue water was not a chore. Having a washer and dryer was helpful in keeping the oft-used beach towels clean and dry and ready for the next trip to the beach. The view of the white sand beach and brilliant blue water from the balcony was mesmerizing. Two of the kids were working remotely and had no issue with the strength of the internet. The pretty pool and hot tub were a nice bonus, but the beach and ocean were the main attraction. The sunsets there are must-see and could be viewed from both the balcony and down on the beach. We appreciated the restaurant, shopping and activity suggestions. We enjoyed a snorkeling trip and checked out some of the other areas in Providenciales. While we did rent a vehicle, the condo is in a very central location with walking proximity to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store. We found the locals to be extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect opportunity to reconnect and spend quality time together. At the end of our stay the vote was unanimous that we’d come back to the Grandview and Turks and Caicos in a heartbeat.

Amazing Vacation, Great Condo, and Awesome Host

Amazing vacation! Visited with my family from June 30 - July 8th, 2022. I have two children (boy and girl) ages 9 and 12. They each brought a friend with them to share the experience (and keep them occupied). Leading up to the trip Guy reached out several times offering multiple invaluable tips and recommendations. Upon arrival, we were met in the parking lot by Jay, who promptly helped unload our luggage from the rental car and move it into the unit. Once in the unit, we were met with freshly made rum punches (non-alcoholic punches for the kids) from (Jay's wife? - my wife visited with her and I didn't catch her name - sorry!) and freshly situated flowers. They took us on a tour of the unit showing us everything we needed to enjoy a great stay. They left us with their personal cell number to contact with any issues, concerns, or questions. It was truly 5-star service. Guy's condo was great! If I would have asked more questions in advance - it would have saved me an entire suitcase full of floaties and beach toys we lugged along as Guy had a closet full of stuff to enjoy. Beach towels, towel clips, floaties, sand buckets with toys, flippers...just about everything I had stuffed in our suitcase was already on-site and ready for enjoyment. The kitchen was complete with everything we need to make several meals throughout the week. We would generally make breakfast and lunch in the condo while going out or ordering in for dinner. As many reviews state - restaurants are rather pricey around the island - on average it was $350 for my family of six. (Although we don't limit what the kids could order and they would go through several sodas over dinner - so we could have adhered to a tighter budget if necessary). There was a food truck that is around the corner we visited one night and it was terrific - one of the best meals we had. We also discovered Swift Eats (TCI's version of Uber Eats) and we enjoyed that multiple times. It was fairly inexpensive comparatively speaking to the restaurants we visited, and very convenient after a long day lounging around on the beach. This was my third visit to the island and I rarely stay at the same place more than once when vacationing, but I will definitely be reaching back out to Guy in the future!! Would even love to buy a Grandview condo and become his neighbor! :) Thanks, Guy!

Stunning!

We recently stayed at the condo followed by a few nights at Seven Stars Resort. I can honestly say that we enjoyed the condo much more and wished we had booked it longer. It was clean, homey, the perfect location, had an incredible view and so much more. We were welcomed with drinks which was a great start to a fantastic stay.
