Great lodging and a great host!
My family really enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were incredibly clean, and the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host could not have been more accommodating and kind, and was always incredibly responsive with questions and any needs. The location was very good, and we were able to walk to many nearby shops and restaurants. My family and I highly recommend!

Weekend stay
Stayed in Providence for two weekends attending volleyball tournaments at the convention center. Property very close to convention center and downtown, Atwell Ave and restaurants within blocks. The price was right and would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Great, roomy efficiency right near the main drag in Federal Hill (restaurants, etc.) Clean and well stocked, looks exactly like pictures in the description. Check in and out was a breeze, and Robert answered the phone right away with the one question I had. Highly recommended.

Clean and Cute
The studio was very clean and easy to find. The check-in process was very easy. The bed was comfortable and we had no issues with anything. The one thing that was a minor inconvenience was a lack of a baking sheet to cook with but it really didn't hinder us as all. The studio was very cute and welcoming as well as very close to anything you could need. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had an unpleasant experience here. The bedsheets and linens were soiled when we reached and also had hair all over. Space is much smaller than advertised. Closet had trash. Ceiling had patch ups(low ceiling) overall, we could not choose to stay here with family and had to find a last minute hotel room. Random people walking outside at night. Also the windows towards the main road didn’t close. Not what we expected. Host was responding to calls but not clear with answers. Not a good experience for family.

Nice stay but for one thing
I was sound asleep and one of the owner's kids (i presume) came home, talked loudly with his friends (the room is right on the street) then repeatedly tried to come into the room via the coded locked door. It woke me up, and when I yelled " GO AWAY!" he profusely apologized and went into the house a different way. i guess that is a VRBO rental risk in a home shared with the owner. All in all, however, a nice stay. Walked to dinner and 5 minutes to my work for the 2 days.

Good for a Short Getaway
We were in town for a wedding so this place was fine for a two night stay. It was centrally located to Federal Hill which was nice. It was a little difficult to iron a dress, pants and shirt with the ironing board that was there since it had no legs. I had to use a foldable table to put it on but got it to work. The internet and tv streaming lagged but we didn't use it much to have a problem with it. There were some soft spots in the floor that flexed and the sink in the bathroom isn't level which could be because of the floor. Just things we noticed during our stay but none of them had a huge impact on us as we were there for only two nights and were there to sleep and get ready for each day. Definitely thankful for the keyless entry as we arrived much later than expected due to airline problems.
