CHEYENNE!!! The absolute BEST guest services person! We are very thankful to her for friendly and excellent service and friendliness! The hotel itself was gorgeous, you could hear a pin drop it was very quiet and amazing atmosphere this is our new go to hotel for providence! Thank you!!!

The property was very nice. I love that the room canceled out the noise. You couldn’t hear anything from the occupants next door. The staff was welcoming, warm, and very helpful. The only issue we had was with the restaurant. The service and food was horrible!!! We waited over an hour to be served!

Excellent vibe and delicious breakfast! The concrete walls add privacy and insulation which was perfect for unwinding after an evening out. It was a good getaway for my partner and me. The staff are very approachable and helpful. Outside the hotel, the location is close to many chain eateries and downtown Providence is only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone who wants a hotel with privacy and a bit of industrial flair.

I liked staying in this hotel. The only thing I disliked is the washbasin in the bathroom. I had one in my room which was tiny and not at all convenient to access.
