We were there for one night, visiting family nearby. Nice little lobby (for a small business place), pool fine. In the summer they have a grill outside and a nice little area . All around very nice!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The furnishings are a bit worn and dusty. One of the two kitchen outlets did not work. Our main frustration however was with the pass keys. They worked inconsistently on the room doors and not at all on the outside doors. This caused us to need new keys multiple times throughout our stay - very inconvenient.

I liked that we had an accesible kitchen in the room didn’t like that most of the dishes were not properly cleaned. Although we still would have pre washed them you can tell that the cups had lipstick stains on them and a pot was not properly cleaned out. The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling. Aside from that and the bed was very hard to sleep on, we had a great time the cleaning staff were absolutely pleasant and the stay was nice and quiet and our family had a great time!

The room was very clean as well as the breakfast area (which gave a wonderful array of breakfast items to enjoy). Truly liked the 24hr coffee/tea station & took full advantage of it! The industrial road & parking lot has seen better days- 2 sunken sewer areas that you have to treat like speed bumps or risk injury to your vehicle. The only issue was upon check-in where I'd requested a room close to the lobby & was assigned the room furthest from it! Their outside workers were just outside our windows-- lovely view. And though the young lady at the desk was exceptional in her duties, she could use a lesson on slowing down her speech. Once checked-in, she gave us the low-down on the facility (pool/gym/breakfast hours) that was said super fast & had to ask her to repeat.
