We had a great stay in Providence! Convenient location to local restaurants and bars. Clean, easy check-in process. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and convenient. Well stocked, and kitchen knives were good and sharp (a rarity). Host was very helpful and responsive. East walk to hotspots on Federal Hill.

Excellent stay. The property matched the listing perfectly and the owners were very responsive to my questions leading up to our stay. The location was within walking distance of many nice places to eat and it was so convenient to have off street parking available. I would stay here again!

We were staying for the weekend for the Army/Navy game. The place is so charming and CLEAN! just a few steps out of the place and you're right in the action. So much to do there! I would definitely stay again! My family loved the place also!

Great place to stay in downtown Providence!
My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was fantastic as we were within walking distance from so many good restaurants as well as the convention center. The owner was fantastic to work with and the place was very well appointed and well-kept. On-site parking was key too since parking can be a little tricky in downtown Providence. We would absolutely stay here again if we need to head to Providence in the future!

A Perfect in a Perfect Location!
My family was visiting Rhode Island on Spring Break and wanted to stay close by to restaurants and walking distance to coffee shops. The location was perfect close by to great restaurants in little Italy. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 4! We were happy with how responsive the host was and how accommodating she was. I highly recommend staying at this property for a nice getaway in Providence!

Wonderful property! Spotless, comfortable beds, great location and super attentive hosts. One night our TV went out, so I messaged the owners to let them know. Within 1/2 hour, they came by with a new TV!! We will definitely stay there again!

Property was exactly as described, easy walking distance to Little Italy, and close to the venue where our son was competing for wrestling. Everything was situated perfectly and we never had a need to contact the owners for help. I hope we get to visit Providence again just so we can come back!

Fantastic stay in Providence
We were in Providence for a show at PPAC and college visits for our 17 year old. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possible need. It is one of the best stocked rentals we have ever seen. It was an easy walk to PPAC for the show and to restaurants in Federal Hill. We would definitely stay at this cozy gem again. Thank you!

Fantastic!
The property was clean and beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 5 while we were in town for a baseball tournament. Our only wish was that it was on the other side of the highway, closer to downtown but still, it was not a terrible walk. The property managers were extremely responsive and offered advice on things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again! It was comfortable and we all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax!

Couldn't ask for a better home away from home!
Great home base to explore Providence and area without car. Could walk to local restaurants with ease. Downtown and train station about 20 minute walk. Convenience store across the street. More than enough room in the apt for 4 adults to comfortably stay. Small Christmas tree in the corner very nice, homey touch for the holidays as was the stack of classic board games. Lovely apt and enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully renovated apartment
The apartment was exactly as pictured. The unit was immaculately clean. The owner has all of the amenities a guest would need for an extended stay. I was not aware at time of booking that this was a basement apartment, however, there is plenty of natural light in the unit.

Great short vacation on Broadway
My sister and her husband joined my husband and me to visit my Niece who lives nearby in East Greenwich. The property manager (Lisa) was so accommodating and responsive to any needs or questions we had. We took the river cruise, which we all enjoyed, and had a fabulous dinner at Bacaro on S. Water street, which is walkable to the River Cruise. We had a great time; we stayed 4 nights in this lovely place, a great location and we hope to come back when we visit our niece next time :) Thank you Lisa!!

Great rental for families
Very nice rental - super clean and well-stocked for making meals, with a nice place to park along the side. We had two teenagers, so letting them each have their own bedroom was nice (although luckily my daughter is short and sleeps curled up, because the one bedroom's beds are really designed for smaller kids). Family room has a nice couch and TV setup with some basic streaming services. Neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is decent with a restaurant right across the street that was nice to enjoy when we first arrived. Only a minor issue that the street noise can get loud at times with sirens, motorcycles, etc as it's on a main thoroughfare.

Perfect Providence Weekend
Lisa & Kevin's place is great. It was clean and comfortable. This unit was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and description, and then some. Communication with Lisa was prompt, clear and thorough. We had a wonderful time in Providence and this was the perfect place to call home base during our stay. Highly recommend and we would certainly come back.
