Unfinished construction in front of the property, making a little confusing to find the entrance.
Staff was pleasant. Got notified when room was ready , earlier than 3:00 check in too. Beds were clean, immaculate room and bathroom. Con: no nightstand one one side and no alarm clock available. Construction site across the street going on and was'nt told

the room was very cold, I couldn't turn off the air conditioning, and they didn't say that breakfast was paid for...
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room in bed were comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The only two concerns I had were that the property is not very well lit. The sign for the entrance does not lineup and therefore in the dark, you possibly could miss it so it may be a little bit difficult to find if you don’t have GPS. In the bathroom, there was a heavy musty odor, and I noticed that there is no ventilation fan in the ceiling, which might contribute to that. It wasn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, but anyone with asthma or breathing issues might not be able to stay in the room. Hopefully it’s just limited to one room and not others
Couldn’t use the TV as it was broken, had a pink color, and produced no sound. Additionally, the speaker at the door for the intercom was malfunctioning and made an uncontrollable noise upon entering the property.
This hotel was not up to typical Marriot standards. My bathroom was a old, outdated mess, fixtures falling off the wall. Zero amenities. Truly disappointed.
Not so great. Room was clean but damp and had an unpleasant odor. Even the clothes in my suitcase felt damp after the second day in the room. Shower caulk was molding. I would not stay here again.
