"Achamos que para um café da manhã na serra gaúcha deixou muito a desejar. Chegamos 10h, o horário seria até 10:30, e vários itens já não estavam sendo repostos, inclusive o pão. Não tinha nem grostoli. O hotel não forneceu travesseiro adicional, nem com custo extra. "
