One of a kind beautiful bungalow located on the Prosperity side of Lake Murray. This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Enjoy the majestic views of Lake Murray from the living room, the kitchen, or the super quiet screened deck. Deepwater year-round, and Amazing fishing right off the dock. Great views and great location
Property is great for a getaway. It is close enough to stores and restaurants if you need something. House was clean and essentials were furnished. Dock is great for fishing or just sitting and watching the water.

Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. It was also nice to be near our family in Chapin to visit.

Fun weekend on the lake.
This little house was the perfect place for a fall getaway on Lake Murray. We enjoyed beautiful weather, lake views, and a visit from a deer. I highly recommend visiting here, we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The back screened porch was very nice. Access to the dock and waterfront view were exactly what we wanted. Everything we needed. Would stay here again :)

We love this place. We have stayed here multiple times. The main bedroom does need a new mattress! But, if you are looking for beauty and a private place, this is it! We always enjoy every moment.

Great getaway at Murray Lake
Myself and friends stayed for 3 days. House was better then expected. Right on the lake with a dock for fishing. We stayed during the week and it was quite. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be back again.

Anniversary getaway
My wife and I were looking for a nice quiet place to getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary and this place was perfect. The screened in patio was fantastic to sit and look out at the lake. Very piecefull. There are several parks located around Lake Murray that you can visit. We went to Dreher Island state park and did a 2 mile trail hike. It was nice to walk down on the dock and do some fishing too. You get that out in the country feeling, but still close enough to several grocery stores for all your needs. Carlos was quick to answer any question that I had. Great communication.

Misleading property description and pictures
The listing states number of beds 4. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds but is doesn’t state that one of the twin beds is a trundle bed which maybe hard to access for for some adults renting the house. Also the parking. The pictures of the parking do not match up. The parking is cramped if you have a boat, specially if you have 2 boats. Boat launch- the boat launch on the property is not accessible unless you have a very very small boat. The property management is great to deal with they answer any questions immediately and want you to enjoy your stay!!

I asked the manager could I wash my clothes and never did give me the code to the shed so I can wash my clothes I didn't have enough clean face rags. Didn't have enough pots and pans to cook with and I did see few bugs.

Lake front getaway
Enjoyable lake front. It was awesome to have a dock to keep a JetSki and boat. Plenty of parking for our cars and trailers. A good value for the cost per night. There was a boat ramp on the property, but it wasn’t usable since it was small. but there was a Public ramp only a few yards away. They have a nice screen room, but it was raining when we got there and there was a leak in the ceiling so the furniture was wet. Once it dried we use the screen room all the time to watch TV. We would’ve liked TV in the bedrooms but other than that the bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the cookware was a little old and scratched. We have already booked again for next year and you can’t beat the waterfront.

my wife and her sister liked it, i liked the location, but i thought there were things that could be fixed before our stay there. the one screen door was sticking all the time, and was sometimes hard to open. the other screen door the screen was coming off the door so we had to buy tape to try to keep it up so we would not get bugs on the deck. and there was a leak in the roof, so we had to move around the 2 person chair and the tv on the deck so they would not get wet.and the remote on the deck for that tv would only turn on the tv, it would not do anything else. i know this is small stuff but it made a difference in my eyes. thank you for having us.

Scenery was gorgeous! Incredibly tranquil! I loved the screened porch and dock. I would love to come again. There seems to be an issue with the electrical system, as the outlets spark when plugging anything in.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. House is clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided. We especially enjoyed having our lunch on the dock overlooking the beautiful lake. Would definitely choose this property again in the future.
