"Family break for a week - five adults and a four years old child. The accomodation is really well set up - en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, a good kitchen and secure garden. Hostess was there to greet us. Being August, the town was really quiet, so I would say a car is essential. Supermarkets available around 4km away. I would thoroughly recommend the property."

"Magnifique propriété décorée avec goût, très bien tenue et équipée pour passer un séjour des plus agréables et reposants en famille ou entre amis. Chambres confortables et très spacieuses, grande cuisine avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Grande terrasse et jardin, barbecue, etc...Charmant village départ de très belles randonnées et base arrière idéale pour de nombreuses visites touristiques. L'accueil est très sympathique et chaleureux. Je recommande à tous les amoureux de la nature!"

"Very nice home with everything you need. Lovely garden with fabulous trees and lots of birds. Some information about local area would have been useful eg local restaurants and where bakers were. However we drove around to find them."

"We liked it very much"

"Nothing fancy but for the price you can’t beat that. We were 6 and slept comfortably. It was clean. Everything on the listing was there. Easy access with the lockbox. Super cute garden. The only thing was apparently check out was at 11 am but on my reservation it said 12 pm and I believe it’s because I booked through a British website so there was a time difference not accounted for. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Guise. We used it as a hub to travel to other cities in the area. The house was within walking distance to everything in Guise making it super easy to explore. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well designed. The upstairs den has a projector tv on the wall with nice sofas and comfortable hammocks open to the downstairs. "We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "Terrific experience at this hotel. Friendly and quick check in and check out. Hotel assisted with our request for a room for my husband with mobility issues without any problem. Breakfast was delicious and in abundance. Generous check out time at midday made for a relaxed departure. Would recommend and stay again. "

"The area has very little public parking available, however the hotel has it's own secure parking for a reasonable fee. The person at the reception when I arrived was very pleasant and helpful. The room is small but convenient for an overnight stop. The bed was comfortable. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. All in all I was happy with my stay "

Beautiful historic farm

"A beautiful property in a quiet location. Bags of facilities, with charming and thoughtful service. Excellent food and a copious breakfast, with delicious organic fruit, cheese, meat and drink from the farm and other local producers. Ideal as a stop over travelling to or from the UK, or as a romatic getaway in the country."

Gorgeous rural stay

"We only stayed for one night at this gorgeous hotel. It’s a stunning building which has obviously had a lot of money, time and effort put into it. The surrounding area is quiet and rural. Our room was compact but beautifully decorated in a traditional french style. We ate in the hotel on the evening, the service and food were lovely. Unfortunately due to an early start we were unable to have breakfast. "
