On arrival the welcome pack exceeded anything I have had before and Lisa left a special surprise for my daughter’s birthday this was a lovely treat. "We spent a fabulous ten days in this beautiful villa late August, early September 2024 whilst attending a family wedding. The villa had everything we could ask for and the view over the bay was spectacular both day and night. The outside space was particularly generous around the pool and eating area with an extended garden area leading down to a coastal path. "It was disappointing to arrive at Villa Thio to find that the property was not as advertised. The pool was dirty (the property manager did come with his son and a janitor to clean it when we made them aware), the sitting room had curtains hanging off the rails, the bathrooms were in need of a good spring cleaning. No mats on the sun beds - and some of them were in very poor condition. No pool towels provided (we had to buy some). The property manager Savvas was helpful but he couldn’t really...

"The villa has everything you need and is the best we have stayed in on trips to Coral Bay. It's in a good location being only 5 mins walk to shops/groceries/takeaways/bars/restaurants and only 8-10 mins walk to the coast. Only 2-3 mins drive to a big supermarket. One of the best things for us, is that it was very private (many villas in Coral Bay have low walls/fences between neighbouring villas, this has high lush hedges and foliage - perfect. Also love the self check-in with a key lock box."

"The propery was lovely and meet our needs. A little dated in the kitchen and lounge but the pool area more than made up for it. I had a few communications with the host prior to our arrival and he was amazing. He responded quickly and was very helpful. He arranged car hire for us which was great value. "Villa OK but could do with a bit of modernsing, out side of property great, Found a dead cat in rear of villa on arrival and tried to contact host by phone for 3/4 days but no respone until Wednesday after sending them a text message, when Felix came to the villa to ascertain what the problem was.
