"This is the quietest holiday on record for us and we always look for quiet locations. The house is a charm and François and Claudine made for the most hospitable hosts. The Vendée has so much to offer and we loved the safe cycling on flat roads using the bikes that came with the property. Owner requested 100 euro’s for 7 days use of hot tub. Externally on arrival the grass was not cut, pool had not been cleaned and Wi-Fi was inoperable. Pool was cleaned on arrival, Wi-Fi was repaired following day. Grass was not cut. The owners dog used the long grass at the end of the pool to do it’s business. We will not return to this...

"I never got to meet Sylvie and partner they were away on business, however Nicole kindly came to my rescue when i became lost. She came to my location in her car and I followed her to the property. The neighbours were very kind and supplied me with water, eggs, tomatoes and beer. The property was great. Very clean. Everything is there for you. I can recommend it for a great stay."

"C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons ici et cette année encore, nous avons passé un excellent moment. La maison avec son beau jardin et la piscine nous permet à chaque fois de nous détendre. L'environnement est super, on est à la mer en 20 minutes environ. L'Île de Ré et l'Île d'Oléron sont également accessibles en peu de temps et méritent une visite. Un grand merci à Michel et à sa femme pour leur hospitalité et leur gentillesse. "
