The room and view from the villa was amazing as were thr meals from the restaurant. We feed deer each morning as we left our room (a lovely touch) On the 2nd day i request a special dinner for a wedding proposal and again the team went above and beyond. We wont forget the experience. "

"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel was by far the worst of the five we stayed at during our time in Bali. We booked a deluxe pool room, but instead of a nice pool view, we were stuck looking at an unused, dirty pool. While they did have another pool that was in better condition, it felt frustrating to have been placed in a room overlooking such an unappealing sight. There were multiple issues throughout our stay. "Where to begin? It’s clean and safe and in the middle of nowhere. Staff is lovely and kind, and without transportation, this is the only game in town. Breakfast was fine. Dinners were ok. Neither was spectacular. We’re just curious about who built this place and who comes here. Video is flashy, as is website, but don’t be fooled. It’s a bit shabby around the edges and worth only one night if you’re here to explore Gili Kondo and other islands or making your way to Sumbawa. "

"We booked it staying there before hiking at Mount Rinjani. We didn’t expect much but the views are stunning. The gardens are elegant, the infinity pool overlooks a gorge, mountains, lowlands and the ocean. We should have stayed here more nights. The service was impeccable and the room was spotless. "
