"we arrived at the property to find another family already there. The owner had double booked, she did offer us another property but it was 1.5 hours away from the slopes! She refunded us but we then had to find a hotel. Very disappointing & not the trip we had planned. She has since removed the property from VRBO I believe. I am disappointed that VRBO did not monitor the booking process more carefully."

"Chalet was just as nice or even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and well equipped home. We were only there for a weekend but thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had to adjust our dates a couple of times and the owners were very responsive and kind."

"The house was amazing. It had everything we needed for a family of five. The rooms were clean. The beds were soft. The house is very beautiful with a cottage feel to it. And what I really enjoyed was a light filled family/living room. The neighborhood is very quiet, so it’s a perfect place to relax from a busy city and car noise. "Everything was great except that the hot tub only heated to 90 degrees. Much too cool for the outside temps. Despite numerous attempts to fix it, it never worked. The private hot tub was an important aspect in booking this location. Very disappointing. "

"The house is perfectly located in the eagle crest neighborhood. It was clean, albeit a little dusty… but the house is great and hot tub was clean and we loved it! Would stay again in a heart beat."

"We had a terrific stay at the chalet. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils and cooking pans. The weather was nice. The upstairs bedroom was warm the first couple of night and the nest wasn’t working because of the internet being down due to a fire on highway 97. It was back up the second day."

"We enjoyed our stay. Only thing is when I asked if the access to the golf courses are free meaning no green fee, the person I talked to said it is free. Turns out it is not and like all golf courses we have to schedule tee time. To make the most out of it my family just used the putting green. Also the TV in the main bedroom does not have sounds."
