It is just a short stroll to Santo Stefano's main shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, residential location without traffic noise...just the sound of the waves. The villa is nice, lovely pool, nice outdoor kitchen, lovely view and the owner is very friendly and helpful and has left lots of helpful information for guests about the sites and restaurants. We were very surprised to find out there were actually only 2 bedrooms as the listing makes it look like there are 5. "Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen in ganz toller Lage. Bernd und Christina waren sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber die bei allen Themen sofort zur Stelle waren und einen ganz großen Anteil an einem gelungenen Urlaub hatten. Sehr toller gepflegter Pool. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. "

"The pictures do not do this place justice. From the moment we booked we were treated like family, the good kind. You will not even get in the door before you will just stand on the front patio and bask in the view. As we entered we were struck by several things. 1. It is spacious. 2. Everything is so clean. 3. The decor is the perfect balance of elegance and homey. 4. The remodeling was done well, not cheaply. 5 And this is huge... No Perfumes! There is no odor to cover up. Thank you for that!...

"Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in Caldana verbracht. Das Haus war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Alles hat der Beschreibung voll entsprochen. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war problemlos und freundlich. Der Ort ist ruhig und beschaulich, sehr familiär, mit drei Restaurants, Supermarkt und Cafes. Waren viel unterwegs und dank Auto flexibel. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und mit Auto das Wesentliche in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt."
