Amazing Luxurious 5-star AC'd Oceanfront Condo with beautiful sandy beach below

This upscale resort offers incredible panoramic ocean views. Set on a point with coastline vistas, including Bali Hai, Pu'u Po'a features commanding 180 degree plus views of the Pacific Ocean. The spacious lanais are perfect for relaxing, whale watching, enjoying amazing sunsets and BBQ your favorite dish. Directly below the property is a beautiful sandy beach and reef accessed by a pathway, ideal for surfing, swimming, snorkeling and relaxing.
This spacious air-conditioned condo is completely equipped with all the amenities one would expect in a 5-star property. The custom glass atrium is unlike other units at Puu Poa by letting the sun in without the heat. The master suite which has a king bed, TV which can be closed off with custom plantation shutters for added privacy. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king, TV and its own separate full bath with laundry facilities.
The beautifully decorated condo has high quality art, paintings, decorative carpets and many item collected from travels around the world. The gourmet kitchen features custom cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops along with all the kitchen items to cook. Bathrooms are tastefully tiled with granite vanities and a large walk-in shower with double shower heads accented in block glass in the master bath. Beautiful appointments throughout the bedrooms provide a tranquil comfort for your vacation home, away from home.
Take a swim in associations private swimming pool or pick up your tennis or pickle ball racket for a game or two on the private tennis/pickle ball courts. Come and enjoy all that Pu'u Po'a has to offer on the north shore.

Beautiful spacious condo with an amazing view!
Our stay here was amazing. The view of the ocean and sky was so beautiful and serene. It was very clean, plenty of towels were provided, and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Its just a short drive to Hanalei town. We would definitely stay here again!

Great north shore homebase
We headed north for a few days with our two high schoolers. From the moment we walked in to that breathtaking view, everyone really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are only highlighted by the well-kept unit itself. It is the most convenient location to walk to some of our favorite spots, Hideaways and Pu'u Poa beach. The owners gave very detailed information before we arrived, making for an easy check in and check out. Quiet and spacious, this property allowed for one of the best stays we've had in Princeville. It's now on our repeat-stay list.

An exceptional home and location
This condo was exquisitely decorated (the furnishings and artwork/decor were beautiful) and truly provided everything you could want for a stay. We spent a week there in July and the only complaint I have is that the balcony was too sunny and hot during the afternoons to enjoy it! However, we loved sitting out there in the morning with coffee and then watching the sunset in the evenings. Wonderful views. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped which was great for us since we like to cook while on vacation. It was really nice to have easy access to Hideaway Beach which was about 8 mins walk from door to sand. We went every day! And the snorkeling there (if willing to go out a bit) was great. We saw many fish and turtles. One caveat is the trail down to the beach is a bit steep and could be difficult for some. It does have ropes/railings to help, though! We loved the location, especially during summer when the weather isn't too wet and you can hike/boat/kayak nearby. Many restaurants and activities close by, too. King bed was very comfortable and the living room with large TV and recliners made us feel at home. There is only one tennis court, but has portable nets for two pickleball courts. There are freshwater rinse stations at base of the buildings and ample parking. Just perfect for an easy vacation! A bit pricey, but highly recommend if you can afford it. You won't be disappointed.

Great condo, great location. Can’t go wrong here.
My family stayed here for 5 days. This location is outstanding, the view is truly amazing. Nice large kitchen, well stocked, beds are comfortable, nice furniture, TVs are big, good internet. Hideaway beach directly below is magical. There is an AC which makes hot days bearable. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends. Mahalo for a great Kauai experience.

Incredible condo in magical place
Fantastic property and responsive host. Loved so many things about the condo. Incredible views, great kitchen amenities and grill, convenient snorkel gear, very spacious for family of 4. So many options in Kauai and this was our perfect home base. Hideaway Beach was a short walk away, make sure your hands are free on the trail as the guided ropes are a must for most. The payoff upon arriving at the beach is unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful property
Our family stayed at the property for a week. We had an amazing time and the property met and exceeded all of our expectations. The views and sunset from the lanai were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were only a short walk to Hideaway Beach. Snorkeling was awesome and we saw lots of fish and turtles. We will definitely stay at this property again for future visits to Kauai

Perfect Kauai Condo
This was a perfect base for our stay in Kauai. The location was excellent - a short walk to the 1 Hotel for breakfast and an easy drive to all the Princeville/Hanalei restaurants and activities. Hideaway Beach is a short hike from the property. The condo is spacious and very comfortable for a family of four. The view is incredible. The pool was never crowded and always warm. We would gladly stay there again!

Perfect spot in Princeville
We were 4 adults for 3 nights. Beautifully decorated immaculately clean unit. We didn't opt to cook but the kitchen was well appointed with a nicely stocked pantry. We enjoyed the proximity to 1 for dining and public beach access just left of 1's guard shack. Breakfast buffet there is excellent. We would happily stay at this place again absolutely no complaints.

Perfect Location & Stay
We stayed here on our family vacation and I have to say that it may be the best property that we have ever been to. First of all, the location and view is unbeatable. Secondly, the property has everything you could need. From the Keurig to oils, cooking spices, plenty of towels and a washer & dryer, we felt right at home. Everything from the beds, furniture, linens, deck chairs were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A wonderful stay!
This property is beautiful and is in a great location. We only had 5 full days in Kauai and we knew we wanted to stay on the north shore since that is where we were mostly exploring. This made a great base for me, my husband and my 2 kids (ages 12 and 18). One day we did drive to other side of island to see Waimea Canyon but it didn’t seem that far and we were back by the late afternoon. From the condo you can hike down to Hideaway Beach which is steep if you have mobility issues but otherwise easily doable. We also went next door to 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay to enjoy their beach and restaurants. The condo is within easy driving distance of Hanalei Bay , a grocery store and restaurants in the north. While we were there we enjoyed snorkeling cruise on Napali coast, hiking first few miles of Kalalau trail, and riding in a helicopter - all within short drive of condo. The condo was a good layout for our family and the kitchen is well stocked. We had lots of room to spread out. Wish it hadn’t been as warm as it was to sit outside during the day because the balcony has a beautiful view but we did enjoy it in the evenings for the sunset! This is a beautiful property that we will rent again if we ever blessed enough to come back to Kauai!

Absolutely wonderful!
We had such a fantastic time staying here in Kauai - everything was seamless! Enough can't be said about the owners; Paul was so quick to answer all of my questions (both prior to and during our stay) and went out of his way to make our visit outstanding! Everything in the condo was as pictured, the views were stunning, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need for cooking, and the unit was stocked with everything we'd need for the week. We liked the location - right in Princeville for groceries and some restaurants, a quick (though steep) walk to our favorite beach of our vacation (Hideaways Beach - the path is just outside the condo, amazing snorkeling and gorgeous views!) and a great walking/running path right outside. We ended up driving to Hanalei every day for its amazing restaurants, fun shopping and more beaches, which was only 12 minutes away, so we felt very centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do. We can't wait to come back!

Stop searching for condos in Princeville because they don’t come any better than this one… beautifully furnished, breathtaking views, immaculately well kept, and stocked with anything you may need. The owners have thought of everything!! If I could rate the condo above a 5, I would!!

The condo is lovely with an amazing view. My daughters and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The "walk"down to Hideaway Beach is an adventure, but totally worth it :). Big shout out to the hiking pole which came in handy for my hike in Ha'ena State Park!

Fantastic condo in an upscale development on the north shore. Paul's place was as depicted on VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances and cookware, along with a well stocked spice cabinet. unique artwork abounds. My only issues was the onsite property manager did not respond to two calls and and a text during our stay. Fortunately it did not cause a big problem as I just needed some clarification. The propterty was in tip top working order. Thank you Paul for to beautiful place you provided us. Mark
