It is our wish that you enjoy this home away from yours, as much as we enjoy living in it when we come to Kauai! This custom built home is the perfect vacation home for up to 5 couples or large families as it accommodates 12 people comfortably. Access to private pool and tennis court. The attractive landscape with tropical plants and water lilies plus an elegant porte-cochere welcomes you and your family and friends to the main entrance of this two story Mediterranean home. Upstairs you will be enchanted by the openness of an elegant living room, formal dining room and large casual kitchen with high cathedral open beam ceiling. Enjoy the large windows with awesome views of palms and trees everywhere as well as the majestic mountains that surround us. The kitchen is well equipped to satisfy your culinary needs in case you decide to stay in and cook, chill, and enjoy your home away from home. An extra mini fridge for drinks, GE Monogram appliances, an extra large counter with plenty of space to gather around the cook and entertain. Enjoy a warm family breakfast or gathering in our kitchen or in the outdoor lanai with awesome mountain views and table seating for 10. A separate smart tv and entertainment room with games with an opening to kitchen for snacks and drinks. One queen bed suite with private bathroom and a powder room. Downstairs you will find the master king bed suite with a large spa like bathroom. Access to a great lanai and enclosed backyard, outdoor shower and lounge chairs and above ground Hot Tub, A relaxing way to end up your day, enjoying the trees around you! There are two large identical bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two queen size beds. A large full bathroom. On the opposite wing of the house, you will find another nice bedroom with two twin beds, also the laundry room and access to garage. Guest have access to Private Community Pool & Tennis Court steps away from the back gate. Home is a 10 min walk to beach, happy talk lounge and restaurant and queen's bath. AMAZING stay
This Vrbo has everything you will ever need, especially for a big party. We had a party of 12 and everyone had their own bed and slept comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms as well so it was more than enough. The dining table inside and outside had the most beautiful view of the mountains. We used the grill multiple nights and used the kitchen to cook food every day, it has everything you need. The outside shower is a huge plus, and has a hose as well to rinse off your feet or sandals. The backyard is spacious and has a great jacuzzi and grill. The garage is packed with everything you need for the beach and pool. We used the given beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles, snorkel gear, boogie board, surfboard and coolers. A few of us worked from home here, the wifi is fast and reliable. The pictures are just as beautiful as it looks and the hosts replied very quickly for any questions needed.

A trip to celebrate Grandma
The house was absolutely fantastic amazing beautiful!!!! It was immaculate!! It was spacious and airy with incredible views. The windows and natural light were heavenly. The house had every amenity one could possibly imagine. Wonderful beach towels, bath towels, kitchen towels. It had more than enough beach chairs for our family which was a party of 10. There were surf boards and body boards and masks and find. My kids were in heaven!!! There were also awesome ice chests. I can’t tell you how greatly this house was stocked for guests.There were multiple refrigerators to accommodate all the food we purchased at Costco. The location was amazing in Princeville near beautiful beaches and great little shops.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
This home was perfect for our group of 11! Plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably and relax. The pictures do not do the property real justice; it is even better in person. The proximity to the community pool and tennis courts was an added bonus. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the Princeville area.

We wish we could stay forever!
This beautiful home in Princeville was perfect for our family’s stay. It is very large and spacious and each member of our family appreciated having their own space after spending all day together. We fell in love with Kauai! The garage was filled with all kinds of beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, swim noodles, 2 small surf boards, umbrellas for shade, snorkel gear and more! The home was easy to access and we spent a lot of time on both north and south shores. We highly recommend staying in this home and we would stay here again!

Big Luxurious House
My family of 12 people stayed for one week. We had a great time. The house was big enough for all of us. Features that I liked the most included the upstairs covered porch, large kitchen and drive through driveway. The neighborhood was beautiful, and we took several early morning walks. The trails to Hideaway beach, the resort beach and Queens Bath took about 20 minutes to walk to. It's a fancy house with great views and plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time and I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group.

A beautiful stay for our wedding with all our friends!
The property is amazing. The views out the back on the second floor are things you dream of. The tennis court is lined for pickleball and I don’t think we saw another person use it same for the pool but even we didn’t use that because the beaches are so close and we are in Hawaii, best use the beaches! The only suggestion that I would make would be to put a privacy film over all the bathroom windows. Especially the downstairs ones. Anyone could walk up next to the front door and peak into the master bathroom with a short boost. Otherwise our stay was great! Thanks again!

A Home in Paradise!
From the moment you walk in, you are astonished by the sweeping staircase and immense amount of beauty surrounding you in this special property. Walk up the stairs for endless views of Kauai's finest scenery. The kitchen is very spacious, with several granite countertop islands for serving. We had three chefs at one time in this well-equipped kitchen, comfortably. The bedrooms are mainly on the ground level, with the exception of one en-suite bedroom on the entertaining level. The master bedroom is the stuff vacation dreams are made of!!! Very large bedroom area and huge walk-in closet. The bath is a spa unto itself with an open, two-headed shower area and spa tub. Split air conditioner units in the entire house allow individual cooling for each room, very comfortable! We came to Kauai for our son's wedding and this fabulous home allowed plenty of room for us to gather. The home is conveniently located on the island, and easy area to navigate. Would positively stay at this Home in Paradise again! Mahalo and Aloha!
