Tropical Paradise in Princeville’s most desirable neighborhood tucked between golf course and the ocean, across the Queens Bath. Two-level house with 3 bedrooms, den and nook can accommodate 11 people. Bali style furniture and all memory form mattresses. equipped residence with window AC in every room, 100% cotton bedding, bath and beach towels, as well as plenty of outdoor and beach gears! Also, paddle board, kayak, surf boards, bodyboards and snorkeling gears in the house for you to enjoy.
Huge backyard with mountain views, plunge pool, hot tub, Hawaiian fruit trees, build in gas grill, outdoor hot/cold water shower.

The rate is based on 6 guests; extra fee $30 per night per additional guest.

24-hour caretaker on call.

Perfect getaway home
Well-equipped home. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. We only had 6 people but could've fit 6 more! Quiet neighborhood. Loved the walk to Queen's Bath. Short drive to grocery store. Only thing we missed was the plunge pool. There were 2 hot tubs in the large backyard.

Family trip with adult children from Wisconsin.
We all absolutely loved this cozy house. From the many gathering areas to the comfortable beds…There was plenty of space for all of us with lots to do in the area. Really enjoyed having everything we could possibly need for the beach, kitchen and an enjoyable stay. Only small thing is that bikes need some TLC. Would stay here again.

Wonderful house, the kids loved the big backyard, hot tub and plunge pool. We decided to extended our trip by a few days and the property manager was as able help us right away. I would definitely recommend this house for small and big groups

We enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the nearby attractions. The home is well equipped and has everything we needed and more , beds were super comfortable and the attention to detail throughout the home made it feel very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again should we return to princeville.

Perfect for a family reunion
The Princeville house was a lovely place to spend a week on Kauai, well equipped with everything we needed, including beach equipment! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the “coffee bar” area and the two separate lanais, one of eating and one for relaxing. We would stay there again!

Everything We Needed For A Great Princeville Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Property managers were very responsive. The house was fully-stocked with appliances, pots and pans and utensils to really be able to prepare family meals and the beach equipment (towels, umbrellas, boards, snorkel equipment, etc.) really made it so we only needed bathing suits and sunscreen! Comfortable beds and furniture too. We will be back!

Family Vacation
The house was wonderful!! We had plenty of room for the four of us and then some! The amenities were fantastic and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked well and we even made a Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Plenty of beach gear, bikes, towels etc. The location was perfect for all our activities and beach locations.

Welcoming home
The home was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our family. There were soo many eclectic decorations and the vibe was very warm and cozy. We had plenty of places to sleep and the ACs worked great. The extras provided were fantastic- bikes, toiletries, basic cooking supplies (seasonings, etc.). We were also able to host a small gathering out in the big beautiful backyard. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful house and backyard
The property had a lot of wonderful spaces for everyone to find a place to relax and take time to themselves when not doing family activities, and there were great gathering places for a group as well. The lanai outside the kitchen always had comfortable trade wind breezes and a great place to listen to the local songbirds. Being close to Hanalei was a bonus for shopping and beach activities. There are more private beaches close by too, but be ready to do some hiking.

Great home in excellent location.
We had a great stay at the home. I would highly recommend this property. Very comfortable and well stocked with everything needed. Great for families or just a couple. The caretaker was quick to respond with any questions we had. We loved sitting out on the covered patio when not out at the beach. The only suggestion would be to update the photos of the patio off the kitchen and the master bedroom. Some of the furnishings have changed. And a new BBQ cover;)

Perfect Family Vacation House
Our family enjoyed staying at this wonderful, clean, and well supplied vacation home. We walked to Queen's bath almost every day. We ran the golf course trails and used the bikes in the garage. We put to use the BBQ, hot tub, kitchen, beach mats, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and surf boards. There was more than enough sleeping space. The neighbors were friendly and gave us tips on local attractions. My boys loved catching lizards and frogs outside. We would highly recommend this rental for your vacation!

Just what we needed!!
The home was everything we were anticipating and needing for our vacation. We absolutely loved the peaceful neighborhood!! We were able to take walks and bike rides around the neighborhood, along the golf course, to Hideaway Beach, Queen's Bath, and a wonderful coffee shop. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals there. Still no coffee grinder, but we got that done at Costco prior to going to the house so thanks to previous review for the heads up. The bed upstairs in the master bedroom is very soft - just be aware if you need a firm mattress. The portable A/C worked great in one of the downstairs bedroom as well. It was great to have the beach towels and snorkel gear available for use! We would definitely recommend this home to our friends!

Friends and I flew from Oahu to Kauai for a weekend staycation. This house is a perfect escape tucked into Princeville. The house is clean, backyard is beautiful, amenities are great. Comes stocked with so many things from spices to some toiletries.Messaged the owner about an Ac that had stopped working in one of the rooms and an issue with the oven but no biggie-got a super responsive and kind reply. Would definitely recommend this place and will be dreaming about returning soon!

A Home In Paradise
We came with a large family and it was perfect. Everyone had a space. It was a short walk to the queen's bath, which is also amazing. I highly recommend this space.
