Minutes away from Surfing at Hanalei Bay, Queens Bath, & the Makai Golf Course The Luana House is a spacious one story home with 30 foot high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Recently rebuilt and designed by local architect. Design features of Boho style modern furniture and local art. Thoughtfully designed by registered architect. House layout has total of 4 bedrooms; 2 master suites with bathroom and walk in closets. 2 guest suites with walk-in closets, Jack and Jill bathrooms. There is an additional bathroom that opens to lanai for easy access. Every bedroom is equipped with brand new Fujitsu split A/C system in bedrooms to make your stay more comfortable. Our backyard opens to the 6th hole on the Makai golf course, spacious and kids friendly. Enjoy your morning coffee watching chickens, Nenes and colorful birds. We also have a zen style private courtyard that features red cedar soaking hot tub, seating area, dining arena, charcoal BBQ, tiki torches, outdoor shower, tropical plants and water lilies. Please enjoy what you can eat from our garden with a selection of papayas, avocados, lemons, limes, grapefruits, and pomelos! Guests will have access to an oversized 800 square foot two car garage that features a 65” TV , an exercise area, weights, yoga mats, desk, bicycles, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach BBQ. Kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking and entertaining. There are three work stations with high speed internet, computer and printer to use. Perfect for remote work or learn. We also have pack and play, stroller and high chair for families traveling with babies. Toys for kids and 4 TVs in different rooms. Most rooms have black out shades for afternoon naps. Whole house is accessible to registered, paying guests. Parking: Parking only in the garage or driveway. No parking on the street or grass per Princeville HOA. I try to give my guests as much space as possible, however, I can be reached by either text or cell phone throughout your stay. Our home is conveniently located just a short 10 minute walk along the golf course to the Princeville Shopping Mall which includes, Foodland Grocery store, Lapperts Ice Cream, Tiki Iniki restaurant, and much more! You can also take your family for a stroll to the local playground in just 5 minutes or a 20 minute walk to the Westin where Anini Beach trail leads down to the ocean. Our backyard faces the Makai golf course perfect for kids to run around and play outdoor games. Our house is 10 minute drive to Hanalei Bay; 15 minutes to Kilauea; 30 minutes to Kapaa; 45 minutes from the airport Costco and Walmart Bugs: Hawaii is a warm tropical island, and insects are common. We treat the house regularly, and encourage our guests to keep food sealed or in the refrigerator, and empty the trash daily. Upon request, we can provide additional spraying. Insects are an unavoidable part of the environment, so we do not offer refunds because of the presence of insects. House parties: There shall not be “house parties” on the premises. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time, nor shall TENANT's guests be alone on the premises at any time. Noise: LANDLORD shall not be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with TENANT's occupancy, such as acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, inclement weather and construction noise from nearby sites. Cleanliness: That the premises shall be kept in a clean, healthy and safe condition, with no unsafe or unsanitary conditions. That no junk or garbage will be allowed to accumulate on or near the premises. Care share be taken not to damage the sofa seat cushions with wet or soiled clothing or swimsuits. Beach towels provided shall be placed on all cushions to prevent soiling from suntan oils. Floors: The concrete floors are extremely slippery when wet. Please ensure you are dry and remove shoes prior to entering the house. Hot tub: Please shower prior to entering the hot tub and buckle cover locks for safety when not in use.
