Newly updated, light-filled condo on the North Shore of Kauai! This modern, tranquil retreat has a wide-open floor plan and a lanai with stunning ocean and golf course views. Superb location, close to walking paths and the Princeville town center, with great cafes, restaurants, golfing, hiking, snorkeling and surfing. Just minutes from the famous white sand beaches of Hanalei Bay, and Kilauea town! The pool is just steps away where you can relax on sun loungers. After a fun-filled day of exploring, craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen, and sip a glass of wine on the lanai while enjoying the sunset. True paradise!

The Space:

The open living area and relaxing lanai of this home are elevated by gorgeous high ceilings and thoughtful decor accents. Two-bedroom plus loft, 2-story end unit. The open floor plan makes this condo feel so spacious and modern. Enjoy ocean views and evening sunsets from the ground floor lanai, the living room and dining room.

All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses with organic linens. There is a cozy loft adjacent to the master bedroom that is perfect for a remote workspace, yoga/meditation space, or extra sleeping area. The kitchen is well stocked and organic linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. There is also beach gear for your fun-filled days out exploring the island. There is a pool for your use just a few steps away from the unit. Both of the bedrooms have Smart TVs.

In the springtime, you can watch the albatross fly about and nest nearby. In the evening catch the sunset from the lanai or venture out on the golf course after hours, for a magical photo op. Surf is up in the winter months and you are close to many coveted North Shore surf breaks.

Well Appointed Condo On Golf Course
Wonderful property, everthing you could ask for! Loved sitting out on the lanai in the evening. Near everything, grocery store, restaurants, gas station, etc... loved the openness of the unit and that it was an end unit. Nicely decorated.

The location is in a nice area right on a golf course and is near a grocery store, restaurants, beaches, and shopping. A well stocked kitchen with a bbq on the patio allows for cooking your own meals. A wonderful home away from home!

Accommodations were outstanding! We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen/and outside grill which allowed us to cook with ease. Also, the additional amenities (pool in close proximity, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach towels) added to the overall experience!

Couldn’t get any better than this
This was the most amazing property to stay in! They thought of everything and made the stay so comfortable! The property was so clean and had lots of special touches! We got so lucky with this being our first time doing any Vrbo! We would definitely plan another trip here in the future and highly recommend to anyone!!!

The location was great and the hammock was my favorite spot to relax. The rooms were neat and all amenities were available. We had some bug issues but I chalk that up to the islands, as did the manager, as they do treat. I would stay there again.

Great Stay!
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Olivine Surf Lodge. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon on Kauai! The Lodge was spotless and had everything we needed and then some! We loved all the thoughtful extras - the hammock on the patio with a view of the ocean, the made in Hawaii lotion/shampoo and conditioner, and the sweet welcome book with lots of great recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing stay
This property was one of the best equipped units we've had the pleasure to stay in. We're really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen as well as the local soaps and after sun products in each bathroom. The back porch overlooking the golf course is a great place to watch the sunset. Very quiet residential complex.

The perfect vacation home for small family
My husband, 17 month old daughter, and I absolutely loved our stay at the Olivine surf lodge. The place was ridiculously well stocked and Krisha was so accommodating and communicative. The location was great, right on the golf course, and a short walk to a playground and Princeville town center. Would recommend 1000 times to anyone looking for a peaceful Kauai stay.

Great location
The house was as advertised. Well equipped and in a convenient location to several beaches and towns. Except for the roosters the property which is on a golf course was quiet and lovely. The pool was very close.

Fabulous stay
We loved everything about this rental. The location and the view from the patio were excellent. As others have said, the VRBO is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable, including the couch bed on the second floor (my adult son slept comfortably there). The beach chairs, towels, and other beach gear were all appreciated. It was a perfect place for us to celebrate a birthday and an engagement. Highly recommend this property.

Condo as pictured, but better. Comfortable, clean, fully equipped, end unit with amazing views of ocean. Awesome views of Albatross, NeNe and of course chickens. Hosts thought of everything. We are so glad we found this property. It exceeded expectations! The owners really thought of everything. It is the best stocked condo we’ve ever rented. From cooking utensils and beach equipment to high end lotions and potions and a lovely care package upon arrival. We were worried about no air conditioning but that wasn’t an issue at all. The breeze comes through nicely and there are fans supplied in every room. It definitely was not an issue. We can’t wait to come back!

NO AC! Otherwise a great property.
Pros: ideal location, near Foodland Grocery, near north shore beaches, feels quiet and safe, the property is nice, nice open living space, a lot of amenities like boogie boards and chairs, thoughtful touches like aftersun gel, books and games. Cons: NO AC, it got way hot and there are only fans in this place. Nights were bearable, but all the fans had to run and windows had to be open, there are also no blinds, curtains, or shades. Also, there were a few bugs around, but that is to be expected.

Our family of four spent six nights at Olivine Surf Lodge. Our biggest regret was that we did not stay longer. This was our first time in Kauai and six nights was not long enough. It was also our first stay in a vacation rental home. I spent lots of time researching and reviewing places to rent. Cleanliness and location were two of the main factors that were important to me. To be honest, I did question staying here because of the carpet upstairs (I manage long term rentals and know how gross and grimy carpets in rental units can get.) But, the carpet was fine and everything else was clean and up to my picky standards. The beds were very comfortable - so comfortable that I regret not checking to see what brand the mattresses were. We cooked four dinners and ate all our breakfasts at the condo. All of the cooking equipment we needed to do that was there - including a grill. The condo it self was well decorated, bright and welcoming. The location was within walking distance to Anini beach, a large and well stocked grocery store, restaurants and the Princeville farmers market on Saturday mornings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the floor plan of this unit. My friend had the larger upstairs bedroom, with the walk-in closet and the extra living area. I had the downstairs bedroom (no steps!). Having the bedrooms on separate floors gave us all the privacy we needed.The unit is close to the parking lot, but not close enough to hear any noise from cars. There are now recycling bins for the complex, conveniently located in front of the parking spots for Building 12.Unit 12A is a short walk to the Westin, where we had drinks and dinner at Nanea multiple times during our week long stay. The location on the golf course meant we had an open view towards the gorgeous Kauai sunsets every night. And if there is no moon, or any clouds, it is easy to walk out onto the golf course to look at the stars at night. We booked a standup paddle board lesson through Kauai Fun Activities (kiosk next to Foodland) and then rented boards the next few days. Fred, our patient instructor, delivered the boards to us at Anini Beach - a great place for beginners to practice standup paddle boarding.The property manager was easy to reach if necessary. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Olivine Surf Lodge was exceptional from start to finish. We had a very late check-in on our first night, which Krisha accommodated without any issue. She sent a few videos and detailed information for how to reach the condo, which was very helpful since it was dark and Google maps initially took us to the wrong street. The condo was all we had hoped and more. Everything was immaculate, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen was stocked with all of the basics we needed, and there were many extras provided such as beach towels, lovely fragranced shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and after-sun balm, and many interesting books to enjoy during our stay, such as the New Kauai Movie Book (a great reference that helped to guide some of our excursions!). We enjoyed everything from the lovely decor inside the condo to the stunning view just outside the door. The condo has a great view of the golf course and the ocean in the distance, is just steps away from the pool out the front door, and has lots of windows to take in the sun, views, stars, and breezes. It was actually a little bit cool during our stay, so a few more blankets in the closet would have been good, but we managed with the throw blankets from the couches. The only thing I wish had been more clear was the recycling instructions. The guidebook in the condo said there was no recycling on-site, but when I went back over the email instructions at the end of our stay, it said that the rental company actually can take any accumulated items for recycling and dispose of them appropriately. I wish we had seen that earlier, or that there had been a reminder near the trash can in the kitchen as there were in many other places around the unit. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back and stay again someday!

Super cute unit
We were a bit put off on arrival because there was a huge crane and construction equipment in the area we were told to park. I didn’t know the property was under construction at all, to be fair I may have missed any disclosure of the ongoing roof replacement at Puamana. The contractor told me it’s been under way since December 2023. That being said they were actually actively working on the roof for the building we were in. Krishna was kind enough to speak to the owner and offer us a rate reduction. Overall we loved the unit, it was clean and comfy and we made the most of the trip- just made the first impression unpleasant and stressful. I’d stay at Olivine Surf Lodge again. I like what the owner has done to create her own little brand- cute amenities and soaps, a handy tote bag and everything labeled with her logo. So thoughtful.
