Wow! You will not be disappointed in this great Nihilani condo! Decorated throughout beautifully with an island flare and loaded with nostalgic pieces to set the mode for your island retreat! Upgraded finishes such as designer carpet, granite countertops and travertine tile are sure to please. This kitchen is loaded with everything you will need and will accommodate whatever meal you will dream up. The layout is designed so that everyone has their own space. The two lanai spaces allow for some outdoor living and the pool is conveniently located close by. The 2 car garage is a bonus and is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cooler and more. Feel like taking a bike ride through the pathways of Princeville, the four bicycles are a fun amenities not found in most condos for your use. The North shore is home to many pristine beaches, adventurous hiking trails, an array of water activities, the famous Hanalei Bay and sunsets like no other. Oh and did I mention the rainbows! Very lovely home, the master is right across the waterfalls and very soothing to sleep. Has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and close to Anini Beach.

Great stay in Princeville
The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The layout was perfect for our family with adult children. Lots of space. Having three bathrooms was great! We loved the big patio for breakfast in the morning and for the evenings. Pool area can get crowded but overall amazing stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property
We loved the property as it was a beautiful home equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item we could ask for and we loved using the surfboards, bikes and loaner water shoes. I highly recommend staying here .

Loved our stay at Nihilani 11a. The complex is beautiful. Our specific condo was really well maintained and beautiful. We would definitely stay again. It had a very well stocked kitchen and many beach items to use. Plenty of good chairs, boogie boards and bikes. We loved it!

Good Accommodations on a Great Island
Beautiful, generally well maintained condo. Neighboring Hanalei is very nice with good beach and lovely sunsets. Minor critiques: Somewhat distant from airport and tourist locations on the southern end of the island. Master bath had minor mold that could be removed. Queen bedroom bath needs to have shower diverter valve replaced. It limited the water flow to the shower head. But overall a very nice place.

Beautiful facility. Had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough items. Wery close to pool 👍 Water feature across street kept the master bedroom sleepers up all night. It wasnt the water itself it was the pumps running the water. They sounded like bullfrogs. Other than that the property was perfect.

30th Birthday Girls' Trip!
We had an amazing time in Kauai. This location was nearly unbeatable and Kristen was an amazing host/manager. We quickly made friends with locals in the neighborhood and they showed us the quick access to the trail that took us straight down to a beautiful/nearly private beach. The condo was very clean and wonderfully taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and the owner also provided many toys/equipment for the beach experience. Thanks so much for making our vacation so amazing!
