Paradise awaits you on the North Shore in Princeville at Hanalei. This condominium in the Ali'i Kai resort is one of the more secluded units that features great mountain and ocean views. This complex is centrally located near golf, shopping and walking paths. From Hanalei Bay and beyond there is world class snorkeling, surfing, paddling, and beach combing - it is all very close at hand.
Lounging around the pool, or just cooling off while the kids play in their own little pool, paradise awaits you. We supply beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and a cooler at no charge. After a full day of fun, you can soak in the hot tub then grill a fine dinner. Relaxing on your own lanai, with the ocean in the distance, completes a perfect day as you watch the sunset.
When you come home from your daily adventures (parking could not be closer), you will enter your newly remodeled "home away from home." Inside you will find a living space that has been renovated from top to bottom. Relax in elegant comfort with new tile floors throughout the living area. Newly carpeted bedrooms await, each with an adjoining bathroom. Bathroom updates include new custom cabinets, granite countertops and more.
The new custom kitchen features new lighting, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances.

Condo is lovely. Lots of amenities for guests. Would definitely stay again. Very clean, exactly like photos in posting. Very short walk to pool and hot tub, which was a bonus. Very quiet location.

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights and were very happy with our accommodation. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to have all you would need. The master bed was very comfortable. We could see the ocean from the patio although it was a ways off. The property is in a beautiful location.

Perfect for our family vacation. Pool area is really nice with BBQ and was never crowded. We loved having the lanei and beautiful gulch area to enjoy. Awesome beach amenities. We would very much stay again.

The property was just a described and an absolute great place! From morning runs near the golf course, steps away from the pool/BBQs, our morning visitors (roosters, chickens and NeNe) it was an absolutely delightful vacation. Ideal location if you want to stay along the North shore! We had a wonderful 20 year anniversary trip. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect for our weekend, especially with a baby. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable, and proximity to the pool was great. Depending on who is staying in the upstairs unit, it can be a little noisy, but wasn't bad.

Gorgeous and spacious condo with a killer view. Such a treat to see the wildlife that would sometimes come to the sliding doors. Great location that was close to shops and restaurants. We had an awesome stay in Princeville and can’t wait to visit again.

My family enjoyed our time at this condo. It was easy to access with the keypad entry. The condo was well stocked with cookware, cooking appliances, beach toys, etc. The Living area is large and has access out the the back grass where our daughter could run around. The showers were quite nice, and the pool and hot tub were comfortable. Thanks!

Excellent property in a great location in Princeville !
We spent two weeks lounging in the condo and exploring the amazing Princeville area. The condo backs up to a quiet jungle area with a view of the ocean in the distance. Highly recommend Princeville and this property made for a great home base.

This property was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could use improvement is the carpeting in the bedrooms. It’s seen better days and in the tropics would be better not to have carpet at all.

Kauai Vacation
The location of the property was perfect. I loved that the patio looked out over foliage and not a parking lot, yet we were very close to the pool. It was quiet and peaceful sitting on the patio, aside from the roosters, haha! We did enjoy the chickens visiting. I loved being able to see the ocean in the distance, even in the shower! We were within 15 minutes of Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach, and within 2 miles of a grocery store.
