15 Reasons Our Guests Never Want to Leave

When people stay at our Princeville Paradise, they don't want to leave. And we love that.

I hear from them that they love the privacy and the open floor plan and that it has been completely remodeled. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 6, and has two lanais, one on ground level and another in the primary bedroom upstairs overlooking the golf course. It has stainless steel appliances, full kitchen amenities, and bamboo floors. It's an end unit, so even though the condo has one attached, it feels very private and secluded.

Our location, right next to the Westin Resort in Princeville, offers unparalleled convenience. Some of our guests enjoy a leisurely walk to the resort for their morning Starbucks, lunch, or dinner at Nanea Restaurant or a sunset cocktail by the pool. Others appreciate the proximity to the Makai Golf Course, one of the World's Most Stunning Golf Courses. And with Wyllie Beach just a 5-minute hike down the hill, you'll feel like you may never have to leave. This short hike leads to a long, beautiful private beach. For those who prefer to drive, the beautiful Anini is only 5 minutes away.

But don't miss Queens Bath hike (5 min. drive) Plus Anini Beach 10 min. and Lumaihi Beach is spectacular 15 min. away There are many more beaches near us and Famous Napali Coast Hike is very famous too.

Lovely house, relaxing atmosphere
We had a great time at this lovely house! Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of; we were welcomed with sparkling cleanliness and comfortable beds. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels and boogie boards for the kids. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Excellent Choice in Princeville

Everything we needed
The property had plenty of room. We appreciated the beach gear! It was nice to have a well appointed kitchen and a grill for times when we didn't feel like going out to eat. With doors open and fans on it was cool. It was a little hard to find in the dark the first night but if you follow the host's directions (not Google maps) you'll be fine.

Wonderful stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were really nice and provided very clear directions to the property and all of the ins and out in the welcome book inside the property. Location is excellent and allows for each travel to other parts of the island. Our family rented during Christmas and the kitchen set up was perfect for our family needs. We will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our group of 4 adults were very comfortable here - great accommodations and well outfitted kitchen as well. We appreciated having the boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkel equipment available. The location is right beside the Westin resort and very close to Hanalei Bay. Perfect place and location
The condo is very spacious and clean. Located 2 miles from the best beach and town of Hanalei. Owners are great communicators and made us feel welcome in our correspondences. The pool is a nice reprieve from going off property for activities. We would love to stay here again when returning to Kauai.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Ron's place!!!! It was so spacious and updated! We actually plan on bringing family back when we return to Kauai. It didn't have AC but with all the fans we were more than comfortable at night. We will definitely book here again!

The condo was perfect for our getaway from our life!! Close to many beautiful places. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches!! Added bonus of using the snorkeling gear allowed us to swim with the sea turtles, the kitchen and grill are very nice. Kauai is truly a magical island. We will be back!!

Absolutely Lovely
We were surprised (in a very good way) at the size and comfort of the accommodations! Very clean, cute, well cared for, and larger than the pictures show. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call “home” on the north end of Kauai.

Property as described and was perfect for our 2 week stay with our 18 year old son. Ron contacted me soon after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for visiting all the north shore beaches and Ron had more than enough beach gear for the 3 of us. I highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!

Nice place but not a 2 bedroom
This place is in a great location in princeville just next to the Westin and a private beach. Pros: - Beds were comfortable - kitchen is renovated - owner provides everything you’d need for the beach which was really nice like umbrellas and snorkel gear - the owner is very nice and can make up the extra futon as a comfortable bed Cons: - not a true two bedroom. It is a one bedroom with a loft and a master bed in the loft. This was a problem for us as we paid two bedroom prices and invited non-family thinking there were doors that close. No real privacy in the loft. - roosters / noise : since there is no ac you have to keep every window and door open. The roosters woke us up every morning between 3-5 am. You will not sleep in even if you’re a heavy sleeper. I would consider getting an ac unit due to this.

Wonderful vacation !!
The condo was clean and well furnished. The owner provides many additional items such as beach chairs and towels, boogie board, swim fins, snorkel and mask. This is a condo complex with many people nearby, and there are also wild roosters so sleeping late in the morning was not really possible.

Prince like retreat
Loved being at this condo. We stayed upstairs and felt we were in a treehouse and enjoyed listening to the birds. Very clean and comfortable. The location is close to the pool and close to the path down to Annini Beach. This was our first time staying in Princeville for 3 nights and we want to return for a longer stay! Ron, the owner, was very communicative.

A little slice of heaven on the north shore of Kauai
We fully enjoyed our experience. A beautiful and comfortable condo that we felt blessed to be able to stay in. Private Queen bed downstairs and open loft king bed and office with futon upstairs. Full kitchen, dining room and 2 couch living room that was a perfect place to take a quick rest or watch a show at night. The condo also has beach chairs, snorkeling gear and boogie boards. Its in a great location, just minutes away from the amazing Hanalei Bay. We just wanted to thank you Ron and Pam for allowing us to visit. We will definitely be back.

North Shore is the best
This was our second time staying in this condo complex (first time in this specific property). We really love the location because we like to spend most of our time on the North Shore. This week we were blessed with sunshine every single day so we only strayed from Hanalei a handful of times. The location of this condo is fantastic if you want to explore the North. The condo itself is great. Plenty of room for my family. Clean. Has everything you need. I really like the beach amenities like chairs and boogie boards. That is such a big deal to have those on hand rather than purchasing or flying out with gear. I would book here again. Kauai is one of our favorite places so next time we go, I will seek to stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for more!
When this condo says it has everything… It really does! From beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards, to every pot and pan you need to cook. Cooking supplies and seasonings, a cooler to use for lunches... extra bath towels, 5 beach towels, internet, cable, great condo pool, beautiful views from the condo, etc. it was an easy stay with our three kids in this condo! I highly recommend! As an added benefit, the owners are incredibly responsive and the local neighbors are very kind. You can walk up on the golf course to see the sunset in full or partial view from master deck...amazing!!

Our favorite place to stay on Kauai!
We love staying at Ron and Pams beautiful home! It literally has everything you will need! Beach chairs, stand up paddle boards, kids sand toys, not to mention the kitchen is fully functioning with anything you need. It is also nice to have a washer and dryer. The house is extremely clean and well kept! Beautiful location and home! So many things to do in walking distance, Queens bath, Hideaways beach, Sea lodge beach and the Princeville market. Parking is right next to the unit so super close and our kids loved that it had a pool! The best part is Ron and Pam are such amazing people! Warm and inviting!
