Needs a remodel.
The check in process took long. It’s just like checking in a hotel. It would be much easier to just have a lockbox. There isn’t much parking available either. The condo was clean but old. It needs a remodel and paint job.

Not as it Appears
The walls are paper thin, but they describe it as an "open air community.". Bottom line is that you hear everything in the parking lot (15 feet from your front door) to your neighbors next door and upstairs. Housekeeping forgot our towel and bed sheet refresh, when I called they said they would get it done the same day..... except they forgot the fresh bed linens. You can do better than this place, just pass on this one regardless of price! And btw, there is No view and there are chickens running all over the place. Wouldn't stay there if it was free!!

These are lovely condos if you're an early riser!
The Wyndham Bali Hai is a beautiful resort facility. The pool and new clubhouse areas are very nice. The condo was perfect for our needs, and was well appointed, including beach towels, a couple of coffee packages and even some popcorn! That said, by the end of our week stay, I could have strangled the roosters. This is not a resort problem, as they are pervasive on the island. And on a minor note, because of the rains, we had some troubles with ants in both of the bathrooms and around the condo. And those little suckers bite! All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Accommodation
Nice resort in Princeville. We had an issue with accommodation not ready by 4pm check-in (got checked in by 5pm). Very frustrating but kindly acknowledged by owners (though not their fault) with a refund of $150 for our troubles. Resort staff were friendly and grounds were well maintained. Very comfortable 3 bedroom property, well set-out with all you could need for your stay. Will surely be back when next in Kauai.
