"We had a wonderful time at Rock Hill House. The house and beach are both stunning and in a peaceful part of south Eleuthera. Really appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom - it made for excellent privacy for all the guests. The beach is lovely fine sand and there is pretty decent offshore snorkeling - we saw the largest parrot fish that we have EVER seen and we are long time snorkelers. Bring your gear! The tug and barge wrecks just offshore are really cool and remind you of the power of the ocean. The house is showing her age a little - some of the sliding doors don't work and the faucet at the bar. But none of this detracts from this lovely home - it has an elegance that many homes on Eleuthera do not. We did the hike to Lighthouse beach (do it before Disney opens!). Make sure that you drive to Governors Harbor and go to Island Farms - best grocery shopping on the island (fabulous lasagna to go) and great wine prices. Their homemade salad dressings are fantastic. Pam was provided excellent help and Sheila did a lovely job keeping the home clean and tidy. All in all a wonderful stay at our fave island."

"My stay at the Pilot House was nothing but amazing. Karen, the owner, was very responsive to messages, making sure I found the place easily and providing great recommendations around the Island. The rooms are newly renovated with a luxury hotel feeling. Staying at the pilot house was above expectations. Looking forward to staying there again."
