"J'avais réservé pour Ilios appartement et j'avais ma confirmation. Arrivés: pas de place pour nous, nous sommes accueillis au Ilios hotel. C'est un endroit où les jeunes vont pour faire le party et moi j'arrive avec ma famille! Les jeunes buvaient, se criaient d'une chambre à l'autre et la musique était très forte. "This self catering hotel suited us perfectly as it had a great pool which was not busy and it was only a few steps down onto the sandy beach. The towels in the room were changed daily (if we wanted them to be changed) and beds made etc. It is not the 4 star facility that some people would want, but if you do not want all the bells and whistles and just want a lovely family run self catering hotel in the best location then you cannot beat this one. "This hotel has the makings of a great place to holiday. It is close to the resort, just a five minute walk on the flat. The rooms are adequate, may be not 4* and quite dark, certainly not as they appear on the website. Breakfast is ok but is the same every day and after a week is a bit repetitive. Bathrooms great as not all in Greece are. Main letdown was the sunbeds which were very uncomfortable and need replacing to a 4* hotel standard. There isnt enough of them either, but there isn't...
