"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "Lovely property perfect location and great food. The only fault I would say is the sofa bed not suitable for sleeping and the mattresses on the bed are so hard I was struggling to sleep.but overall perfect stay."
