"I was on a business trip, my associate suggested this hotel and arranged for a private driver so i really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the morning buffet is quite good. The room price is good, i used Expedia to book it. This property is next to a couple of malls which was good when my phone charger died, samsung is in the mall. One thing that is probably a problem for most people is the 4 am Muslim prayers blasting across the city. This happens 5 times per day. Otherwise i felt safe in the area."

The staff bends over backwards and the food in the restaurant was excellent with a huge selection. One person in our party had to go to the hospital and the hotel could not have been more helpful accommodating. They let us feed the fish and the rooms even have a beautiful bathtub. "

The resort and nearby safari park are beautiful. The safari was very well designed with the lions and tigers kept in enclosed areas without visible bars, while zebras and deer could mingle with the vehicles coming into their area. "

"It a convenient 1 hour away from Surabaya. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. And if you have a car, you can easily get around Taman Dayu complex (it's a big complex) where there are restaurants and shops."
