Welcome to this historic home in Preston Hollow. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this pleasant retreat offers all the comforts you need. The views from the house and porches are incredible. Lovely house for entertaining or just to relax.
A cozy Kitchen for cooking or to sit and have coffee.
Wonderful Dining Room,
Adjoining Living Room and Library with seating for 11 comfortably. Beautiful gas fireplace comes on at a touch of a button and gives real heat.
There is a Smart TV in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms.
Large Back Porch with grille, seating, and incredible views. There is a Front Patio with seating and a small Porch off the Library with incredible views for two to sit.
Hudson NY is 35 Minutes away with attractions like Art Galleries, Wineries, Coffee Shops & Antiques Stores and lots of fabulous restaurants.
There are hiking trails in so many areas near to the house.
Windham New York is 20 min from the house with, golf, skiing, hiking and walking trails, restaurants and shops.
Scenic Howe Caverns is 25 min from the house.
