House has extra large bedrooms and a very well stocked kitchen in regards to plates, cups, assorted glasses, utensils, rice cooker, pots and pans. Everything fresh and clean. Outdoors areas not such a highlight, all concrete with very small covered alfresco with bbq. "In a group of 8 units, this house looks like it has been recently refurbished with fresh fittings, painted and kitchen tops. Everything was provided including beddings, towels, tea/coffee/sugar/milk, soaps, cleaning products, wifi internet, etc. A double garage is provided.Location is pretty good being just a short walk to Mandurah's foreshore cafe strip.We couldn't get over the cleanliness of the property and how well it's maintained. "The house is large with 4 bedrooms and good living areas. The location on the canals is great. However, the slipway is small and in poor condition. It is not suitable for launching a boat as promoted. The spa also did not warm up. The garden is currently very overgrown with branches inhibiting access around the side of the property and weeds / dead plants detracting from the view. Also, the emergency phone number just went through to a message recommending use of the website for enquiries....
