"My review is based on the fact that the elevator broke on the way to our room on the third floor. We had to drag our suitcases up stairs and down to check out. On the day we were leaving, the reception staff person helped us get our suitcases out of the hotel to the car. Although there is parking,secured as well, you had to go out on the street and up a long flight of stairs to get to reception. There was no assistance. We are 70 and I have a knee injury, so all of this was a challenge. ...

"It's just a place to stay somewhere for the night. The facility is far from well maintained (old faucets, leaking shower cabin, malfunctioning shower, squeaky bed, uncomfortable mattress). Otherwise, it's ok."
