"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in aptly named Villa Zenitude. The villa is very tastefully decorated and also the kitchen is very complete with all sorts of appliances. " Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed. Train station is 5 min walk and hotel gives transport card. Only issue is there is no direct phone line to the front desk. But overall an excellent experience. "
