"Very friendly and helpful. We did not speak Italian but Nico spoke English. Very clean and nice spacious unit. "Everyone at the Ascot was very friendly and helpful. There is one staff member who speaks perfect English and another who speaks French very well. The AC in the room worked well, and there was a good amount of food for a continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the place is near several restaurants. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel was dark, dreary with small, dark rooms, and few amenities. The walls were paper thin and you could hear children screaming in the halls and in the courtyard. The breathtaking scenery that had been promised could not be seen from the rooms. A change in room was no better. We had booked for two nights but left after two hours because of the appalling conditions and the noise."
