You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Spacious quiet getaway

You'll enjoy the split floor plan of this private basement apartment. The two bedrooms are separated by an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Both bedrooms have a private bath and lots of room for extra seating to read or relax. One bedroom has a television. There is a full size, fully furnished kitchen with lots of counter space to create your special culinary creations. The dining area includes a large table to comfortably seat 8. There is cozy seating in the living area to enjoy the 55" HD television. The covered back patio provides more space to spread out around the fire pit or patio table and grill your meal on the large five burner grill. We welcome you as our guest and will do our best to make it a pleasant stay. It is just my wife and I, both semi-retired, that live upstairs so you may occasionally hear the faint sounds of life over-head. We have provided a white noise machine in the "King" bedroom that may help if you're a light sleeper.

Wonderful, restful stay!
This property is just as advertised and probably at the top of our list of places to stay. The apartment was very nicely furnished with just about anything you'd need, very clean, very quiet. The hosts were very pleasant and answered any question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughters both had softball tournaments in Prescott Valley and this apartment was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed and was spotless. We will definitely stay here again for our next tournaments!!

My mother and I rented this property, and we were extremely happy with everything. It was a beautiful place with everything that we needed. The homeowner, Phil, went above and beyond our expectations. I accidently left my keys at his property and the homeowner found them and helped me get them back. The rental was very peaceful, it was very quiet, and we felt safe. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 very large rooms and bathrooms. It was an amazing place, and we would definitely recommend to friends and family. For me, one of the best reasons to stay here was the price. Much lower than the hotels that we were investigating but had so much more to offer. Highly recommend and we are glad to have found this place! 5 stars all around!!!!

Stellar Location!
This location has a magnificent view of the mountains. The owners have done a fantastic job that supersedes many of the fine hotel chains. They did not miss providing any amenity. My husband, sister-in-law, and I felt like we were home. We definitely will return when visiting Prescott Valley.

These rental was above expectations! It was clean, well maintained, and had everything you could want; extra phone cords to playing cards, to candy on the coffee table. By far an excellent experience!!

What an awesome place!
My fiancé and I worked remote for 4 weeks at Phil & Sheila’s place and were amazed how great it was. Two nice sized BRs, an amazingly equipped kitchen (and we love to cook) and 2 baths, with a nice living room and dining room. As a former 5-star Airbnb host, I have met my match in a host. Every detail was perfect and we would definitely stay there again when we need to be in the area! It’s an awesome place!

This place was perfect!! Nice place to stay if you do not mind having to have owner living upstair. Clean and caring owner.
Th property is down stairs with view of field and homes accrossed the gully. There is a patio with gas grill, chairs and table. The rooms are large and have amendies of DVD to watch, provide treats, coffee. Two bedrooms with bathrooms. I enjoyed my stay. I just wish the advertisement said it was in basement of home. Thank you for allowing me in your home.

Our stay couldn't have been better. We have family in Denmark and they have a word "hyggelig" which fits very well. It translates to "a mood of coziness and comfortable conviviality with feelings of wellness and contentment". The property was very clean, comfortable, and charming. We have stayed in many VRBO properties but non have been as well supplied as this one. The whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. I would highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a VRBO in the area.

Second time staying at this location and just like the first, awesome place to stay! Phil n Shelia go out of their way to make the rental feel like home. The amenities are far more than what is listed. Been to several other bnb's where there was hardly any dishes to use or flatware. Phil n Sheila have their place stocked with everything u need. Highly recommend if in Prescott Valley area. Looking forward to next time!
