We have step-free access to the main living areas for added convenience, and the lower level features a family room, bedroom, and bathroom—a private retreat for any guest who wants extra space!

** There are steps initially to access the home. Only one person needs to ascend the stairs, enter the home and then let everyone else through the garage. If you don't have someone to walk up those stairs, let us know-we can help.

We’re just a few minutes from downtown Prescott and near a dozen wedding venues. Whether you're here for a wedding, graduation, or simply to relax, our home is the perfect base for your Prescott experience. For adventure seekers, Prescott offers hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and much more.


Important Policies

- Guest Limit: Our home accommodates up to 10 guests, including visitors. To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that all visitors be registered in advance.
- Gatherings: We love hosting small gatherings! If you’re planning a family meal, holiday dinner, or similar event, please reach out to us before booking. Small gatherings may be approved with an additional fee, and all gatherings must conclude by 9/10 PM. Message for policies and fees.
- Pet Policy: We welcome one dog for a $125 non-refundable fee. Please let us know if you're bringing a pet or service animal.
- Vehicle Registration: Ample parking is available for 5 cars, and we kindly request that all vehicles be registered in advance.

Booking Requirements

Booking guest must complete a rental agreement per Prescott statute :
- Provide a valid driver’s license or government ID, address, and email
- Submit the names and ages of all guests and visitors, including children and babies

Friendly Reminders

- Late Check-Out: If you need extra time, please let us know in advance and we'll help if we can. If checkout is exceeded, we’ll charge double the daily rate to cover additional costs.
- Unreported Pets: A fee of $300 per pet/day will apply if pets are brought without prior notice.
- Unregistered Guests: To maintain a peaceful experience, a $350 per guest/day fee will apply for any unregistered guests or visitors.
- Smoking: Smoking is only permitted at the designated fire pit area and not within 50 feet of the home. A $500 fee will apply if smoke odors are detected in the house or garage to remove odors.
- Camera Tampering: $300 per incident.
- Gathering Policy Violation: $500 fee for violating the gathering policy.
