Very clean, charming, easy walk to downtown area. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Loved the stay at this location!
Evenings and breakfast time were very special enjoying the porch arangement w / fire pit and sitting area. Thank You !
This was our first VRBO stay, and was amazed at the quality. It was very quaint and cozy. The quality of bedding and towels was better than some hotels. We have decided to never stay in a hotel again. :-)
It is very centrally located and super close to the town square. You could easily walk. Very clean and modern cottage. Definitely only for two people, it’s exactly as they market. A small cottage for two. Was perfect for our stay.
My husband and I got away for the weekend to celebrate his birthday and this was the perfect little home to relax in. Peggy was thoughtful and available for any questions we had. We loved the location of the home as we were able to walk or ride our bikes to downtown. Everything was cozy and comfortable, we would definitely come stay here again!
Our stay was amazing. The home is exactly how it looks on the photos and was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very responsive and provided great recommendations on breweries, restaurants, etc. We did not have to use our car the whole time- you can walk to basically anywhere downtown which is a great perk, especially if you want to check out the fun nightlife. Perfect size for 2 people and the kitchen does have coffee supplies and room to cook small meals. We will definitely be coming back to Prescott and would recommend you stay here if you want to explore!
This sweet, little apartment was perfect for myself and hubby. It had everything you would need for a long or short stay such as ours. I honestly didn't want to leave. But worry not, we will definitely be back and The Aubrey House it is! Thank you, David and Peggy, for providing such a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere for two. You didn't hold back when renovating this beautiful, historic home. Kudos to you!
If it's you and your significant other hanging out in Prescott, walking distance to Whiskey Row, but in a quiet neighborhood and no parking problems, this might be just right! Nicely restored/renovated property within walking distance of downtown restaurants, bars and shops. Would stay again.
Two of us on our yearly rodeo get away and respite from Tucson’s heat (no relief this year, sadly.) Very cute little property, offering everything needed for two people’s stay. Every attention to detail. Had a small issue, quickly solved by the owner. Great proximity to “downtown.” Loved it!
Lovely little spot with very easy walk into the historic downtown area. Quiet and cosy with everything we needed. Hosts were very communicative and helpful - and left us lovely little welcome gifts! Would highly recommend!!
