"My family and our good friends stayed 2 nights at the Coulter Farmstead. The farm is so nice and it was fun to explore! They have a really cute mini Highland bull and a small herd of mini cattle. There are also goats, 2 pigs, chickens, dogs and cats. It was really nice to drink coffee on the porch in the mornings and watch the animals. The proprietors are very nice and attentive. It was a very nice quiet place to relax. There is also a creek on their property. I wished we could have stayed one more day just to explore the creek and check out the history of Washington, Arkansas more. If you want a quiet rural stay, and enjoy Civil War history, this is a great place to stay. "

Check-in was easy, list of rules simple to meet. Bedding and linens were cozy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nice plate of scones which was a nice touch. Great stay, thank you!"
