"From the communication to the check out and everything in between made this exactly what I wanted. I booked this as a little one night get away to refresh and have a little retreat for myself as a busy pastor's wife and mom. It was everything I needed and WAY MORE than I expected. THE BED! I can't even tell you the last time I had the rest I had BUT the bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The pillows were perfect, and the bedding was TOP NOTCH butter smooth and soft high quality. They had little touches all over the place. Hot cocoa, snacks, games, books, a record player, a wonderful easy to work fire pit, and trails to walk. The only downside was that I didn't stay an extra night. I WILL BE BACK! The place was SUPER CLEAN. SMELLED GREAT and made me feel like I was really in the trees in some far away place and not in Mississippi. Perfect time. Oh, and the sky at night....it was just a great cozy place. "

The creek was roaring when we arrived, following last week's storms, and it was neat to see it slow over the next few days and bubble at the rocks on the falls. The owners (along with contributions from previous guests) ensure that you have everything you need, sans food, for a comfortable stay. We will absolutely be back in the future! "

We enjoyed gumbo on downstairs patio, walking the trails, and drinking coffee in the morning while looking out the large picture windows! We will definitely be back. "
