"Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was included in our stay and had some tea there, the food selection was ok, but did not cager to vegetarians at all. No veggie alternatives. The buffet...

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and our room was wonderful with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was perfectly pleasant and accommodating although we did not feel anyone was particularly happy about having us stay there. Overall very good."

"Difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel in a car but once inside we were greeted with a smile and a glass of Cava. The room was very spacious with views of the sea and amphitheatre. Couldn’t have been more comfortable."

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. "The hotel is an amazing building in a cute town. We checked in late and left very early, so sadly had very little time there. The children staying next to us were very loud, so we had a hard time sleeping. (Not really the hotel's fault, but perhaps the walls are thin) *please note there is no elevator, which could be very difficult for some people. "

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. "Beds very low. Too close to the floor as you felt the cold from the tiles. Air conditioning very noisy and didn't give any heat to the bedrooms even with leaving the door open. Bathroom was very good. Cabins a bit too close to each other. Lots of children kicking balls about and running about around parked cars by cabins.
