The beautiful Villa Paula is an authentic Dalmatian house, recently restored in its original rustic style, offering its guests a touch of history. With its blend of uniqueness and modernity it creates a welcoming feeling and a haven for those wanting to indulge in a week of complete relaxation. The villa is located on the island of Ugljan, offering you an opportunity to escape the bustle of everyday life and enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Adriatic Sea, explore the lush Mediterranean nature and hidden coves of the island, the first beach is only 200m away! In the villa’s vicinity you will also find various restaurants and bars. For those wanting to embark on a cultural and historical exploration, the city of Zadar is only 20 minutes by car ferry.

This picturesque villa consists of three bedrooms equipped with double beds. The villa is ideal for six people (+2 people extra). The villa also has two bathrooms which are comfortable, spacious and bright. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen which opens up to the dining room and the living room. The warm interior of the villa, enriched with a fireplace, will make you feel like home. The villa’s utmost task is your comfort. Therefore, it is equipped with a wellness room, which has a sauna and a hot tub, perfect for enjoying in a week of complete hedonism.

The outdoor area is perfect for family holiday. While the adults can enjoy in the fabulous pool (4x8m), the children can play in their very own playground. There is also a barbecue and a dining area, perfect for enjoying freshly prepared meals with your family and friends!
