"This place is like an ancient palace. Everything is so beautifully presented and staff are so beautiful and helpful. I loved my room sooooo much. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and very posh. Also you can easily get to San Marco by foot. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. The rooms are packed with amenities. "

"This was my first trip to Venice and the Hotel Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo was a great location for us to explore Venice from. Like most structures in Venice this obviously is an older building, but it is very well maintained and updated. They also had a very good full breakfast buffet included with the room. My only complaint was there was no hot water on our first morning, but they fixed that as soon as we notified them."
