"We loved this place! It was lovely. The hotel was run by a family that was very sweet, helpful, and kind. They made our stay perfect. Breakfast was good and the rooms really nice. It was easy to walk to skiing, shopping, and restaurants from this place."

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. "A great central point for exploring Kranjska Gora and its surrounding villages. Lots of activities going on for the children, a super pool and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors. The hotel rooms are clean and have their own balcony, staff were friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. You also get a book of vouchers to use around the shops and activities in the village. Perfect spot for our Kranjska Gora adventure! "
